So I decided to watched the first episode, which is sadly didn't appeal to me as much. I stopped after around 10 minutes. I think I attempt to finish the first episode 3 times before I decided that I will really watch it.
The story is okay. Nothing much new. It's kind of predictable. I like it when they are finding X, but then when X got revealed, it got me bored. I remember fast forwarding some scenes after episode 8 or 9? (For the story, I like Sassy Go Go better)
The acting are fine. But I don't find chemistry between the leads, I actually like Dae Hwi and Nam Joo more.
Maybe younger ones prefer this show more. I'm way past this age so.. maybe just not my cup of tea.

I'm a fan of Seo Inguk so I made sure to watch all of his dramas, and he never disappoints.
The story starts a little bit boring to me. But before the first episode ends, it got me hooked. The writer is genius. I enjoyed the twist and turns, and how they work things out as a Con-group. The thing is, I only know Inguk, Sooyoung, and Sunbin. The other cast is more like supporting role on the dramas that we've watched before.
Until the final episode, they keep on giving me goosebump.
When I thought that was it, I'm wrong again.
Kudos to the writer for the epic ending scene, although I didn't get it that much coz I haven't see the said drama yet.

The beginning of the story was intriguing, parents who wants to reveal the truth regarding the incident. But halfway, I start getting bored, luckily the last episode saved it. I feel like the story revolved too much with Joon Seok being the bully. Nevertheless, the show gave the right ending. I didn't know much about the cast aside from Nam DaReum. I thought he'll showcase more of his acting, but he's on bed all through-out and just having some scenes through the backstory. Even so, I didn't know much about the cast, they did act well.. Specially the young guy who portray as Joonseok. His acting is good!
Not even one OST stands out. But I don't think it's bad. It's just not memorable to have me singing on it.
As this is a melo, I don't think I'll have it on rewatch. \
Overall, I gave the drama 8.0 although I won't recommend it that much unlike other melo dramas.

With technology being on it's current peak right now, Love Alarm will surely be a hit for young people, and even young at heart. It's a light romance drama with two good looking male leads, and a good actress in Kim Sohyun. At times, it's making me wonder what if this application really exists. I wonder how could it be on real life.. It's just a pity that it ends on 8 episodes, and Season 2 is not yet sure :(Story:
The beginning plot is very promising. For me, it's an easy hook. I finished 8 episodes in a day. Not too much complicated, but still enjoyable to watch.
Acting / Cast:
Kim Sohyun is an instant check. I'm pretty sure you might check this out because of her, but the two male leads is also good actors. They weren't as good as So Jisub level, *kidding* but, they sure have potential. Song Kang will surely get popular anytime soon.
Music:
There's not much OST for this. So I don't really remember any songs that stands out.
Rewatch Value:
I might rewatch it, when they release a 2nd Season to get refresh on the new one. But not on a rewatch list atm.
Overall, if you're just killing time and want to watch something light and new, I recommend this one.

The first six episodes give me all the feels. The right person but wrong situation, right love and wrong time. I also love that this drama has a variety of feelings and emotions. You will fall in love (not just with the main leads but also with the second leads and the extended cast), you will cry, you will laugh and etc. At some point, it will touch your heart. Their setting is obviously no joke, it add feels to the viewers.
I have nothing bad to say for the acting of the whole cast. I can't say that they are the best, but they're acting is not bad either. It's just right. The extended cast was surprisingly good too. Special mention to ShiNee's Onew, Seo Dae Young (I forgot his name), and Kim Jiwon. I watch the show for SJK and SGH but they somehow excites me too.
Of course, the OST. They are exceptionally good. OST are a big part of every drama. They add feelings to the viewers, and descendants really nailed this one. Well, it's obviously peaking on the chart so there's no argue in that.
Overall, I rated it 8.0.. I know, some of you will say why only 8.0 when I have no bad things to say in this drama? It's because I've seen better dramas before. I don't know but I don't feel good when people talk like this is the best drama that they've ever watch in their entire life. But yeah, who am I to stop the feelings of those people? It's just that the hype is too much, that I think other dramas deserve too.

Let's start with me kicks off this drama after reading good reviews from people who obviously watched the first few episodes.
I jump into it and see if this rom-com drama will come to my liking (I've been a mystery-thriller freak lately, lol) But since Bomi is here, I might aswell see this drama for good.
The title gives me the idea of the protagonist living his/her life so YOLO.
I have NO EXPECTATION. If it's good then I'll continue to watch, but if not I will put on-hold and eventually drop.
REVIEW:
The drama is refreshing. You can say breathe of fresh air from the cliche romantic-comedy kdramas nowadays. The male lead is a weirdo program analyst, and the female lead is an aspiring-writer-who-doesnt-own-a-house-after-having-house-for-her-famiy. There were three couples over-all into which you will also love, you can look forward to Jisoo and CEOs story (she deserve a drama of her own, lol) and the 7-year-couple but not married yet. At some point you thought the character relates your life. We all need that, a relatable drama.
For once and for all, I love Bomi's character Bomi.
I also like how the sense of this drama. There is something different on how they deliver the flow of the story. I think it is a good thing that they gave us a hint of what should we look forward for the particular episode by giving us a title each time. ex: ep.10 because this is my first time having inlaws. It gives us the idea that we will see something big between Jiho and her inlaws, we will give more attention to what they are expressing at the moment.
Overall, the drama is recommendable.
It is fun, fresh, cute and relatable. Good Job!
