Ofcourse, One of the best BL I've watched, The suprmacy of Japanese BL!
I don't know where to start, I can't explain the excitement I feel on watching this! As you guys know, Japan is one of the powerhouse of BL, and this one really deserve a 10/10 rating! The casting is sooo perfect, The background music they use!!! It was like they're low key promoting their song but honestly it fits perfectly! I can say that they have the healthy relationship that we're looking in every jbl, no affairs or anything. I love how both of them take care of the love between them and let them grow. from the main characters up to the side characters, they all did a great job! This is worth watching a thoussand times, I swear if this series is already available in netflix, I will never hesitate to rewatch it, and also Im a big fan of naniwa danshi and snowman!! you guys should check it out!! I want to say more about this but I dont know how am I going to eplain this, you guys should watch it yourself and you will understand what am I saying, this series is one of the Best series ever! I dont wamt to drop any japanese bl here because all of them are so freakin good and I dont want to compare them all. YOU GUYS SHOULD WATCH IT!Was this review helpful to you?
Kinda hate the ending
Well at first the story is quite okay, I do understand the flow of the story. The casting is so good and I clearly remember the other boy, he is also the main lead in the movie called jonjou, honestly I enjoy that more than this one but the cast in Taiikukan baby is much better, just my opinion. The ending is not the ending Im expecting, I kinda hate jun's friend, lol such a bother. I just hope that the two swimmer ended up together cause they relly hold a good chemistry. Overall It's still worth it to watch but if old movies isn't your thing, i dont really know if you're going to like this...Was this review helpful to you?
I'm not really a an of our own country BL Series, but this one exceed my expectation
I ate my own words saying that I will never watch a pinoy bl, I just hate how some actors deliver their lines poorly (Im reffering to a common shows/series I've watch) so I already put in my mind that don't expect too much in pinoy bl. It's 2022 so I convinced my self to try, atleast. I manage my expectation and I started browing series in Netflix. I saw this familliar title "Gaya sa Pelikula" so I watch the trailer, and I can say that theyir acting convinced me to watch it, I started watching right after my online class and I finished watching it in the afternoon. I dont know how to tell it in other words but yeah, It exceed my expectations, I was like, WOW! The script is well constructed, it's not cringey to watch. The actors are so good!! they deliver each line very well and their acting is really good!!! all the things that I hate in a series are not present in this series, I admit that some scene are kinda awkward to watch but it helps you to get attach on what you are watching. Im so speechless after watching it. I cant even leave my sit while watching HAHAHAHI love how the series focused on their story and didn't care about the sexual things (I hope you know what I mean). Overall, this series is so worth it to watch, will probably rewatch it again and Im really hoping for a S2! A must watch series, ngl. So proud o this series, they raised the standard for a Pinoy BL Series.

This is good Movie
The flow of the story is relly good but its relly detailed so you need to understand everyting. The casting is so good and all of them did so well. I like how the story of the 2 flowed in the movie though they gave an open ending. I dont really know if they continue to seoul or something but I wish the two male lead will meet, while watching the movie I just realized that, Indeed, Goodbyes that aren't said are the most painful goodbye, I was really hurt when hyun min leave like that but I understand his reason... I was ready to cry when seol was leaving because Its really sad that those people that are left behind wouldn't able to see you in a long time but yeah, in the movie they didn't continue what happened that night. I read a comment that the lamb that gave birth is a sign of hope so maybe ther is still a hope for their story, I wish they give us continuation. Overall I love this movie so much, I learned a lot!Was this review helpful to you?
This series may not be the best series but it will always have a special place in my heart.
I've watched this series when it was freshly released in streaming platforms but I just really want to leave a review. This series is just too perfect in my standard, they give a painful scene which literally makes me cry so hard but it still a happy ending. This whole series gave justice to the manga. The cast fits perfectly to their roles and the really did a great job in portraying their characters. I remember watching this 4 times in a day. I dont really want to give a spoiler so I'm just giving my thoughts. I really love the lessons we can get in this series, the production is amazing too! tbh japanese bls never fails to amaze and shock me. up to this day, Im still rewatching this series everytime I feel bored or smth. The storyline is not that really good.
I think that this 2 - 6 mins each episode series will be good if the story is longer and detailed. The whole series is quite good but its kinda awkward at some scene. The one main lead (owner of the cafe) acts kinda awkward but it's still okay because at some point his acting looks natural. This one main is good enough to act in a series though he sometimes lack in facial expression. Overall, the couple has the chemistry and the visual that Im looking for in a series, I just really hope that they will have another project or just a remake of this series, a much detiled and longer. I literally watch this in one sitting, I feel like I watch a trailer or something. I do understand that maybe it's a low budget series and Im hoping that soon they can make this as a big project.Was this review helpful to you?
I can say that it's one of the best bl storyline I've ever watched.
At first I was really confuse how their story will end up but the last part just gave me chills, The story is very simple yet so good, the story touched my heart and the acting is really good. The flow of the story was good though I didn't like some. I really love how the relationship of the two develop. I thought the story will focus on the present but I didn't notice that it took almost an hour watching their story, They gave us an open ending so it's normal for us to ask a continuation of their story, I badly need that. I dont know why the ratings is low but Imma give this series a 10/10, It didn't waste my time. I hope there's a continuation for this.Was this review helpful to you?
