This is just a fun, light drama. And if the only thing people have to pick at is the fact that she looks obviously…
I agree with you, I also don't bother about the fact that she is girly. In some way I like it!! But anyways, I recommend you to watch Sungkyunkwan Scandal also, because it's really a good drama too. The three guys don't chase her the same way that in the cdrama, and plus the number of episodes is shorther (20). It's curious, but right now in the cdrama we are in the episode 20, that corresponds to episode 6 in the kdrama.
This drama need to be made again. Story line good. Changes i want to see is . Tall athletic girl who can do martial…
I don't think she is a bad character. Yes, she is tiny, and also has no muscle, so she can't fight and sports are difficult for her... but that means is not a strong woman? being a strong woman means more than that. She had to crossdress like a boy to make money. She is good at writing. She manages on her own the situations (despite some times she gets into trouble). Also, the fact that she is not able to do something now doesn't mean that she can't do it in the future. It's called learning, and progress. With that, you gain ability and strength. And that's exactly what the next episodes will focus on, I think. She will work hard to improve herself.
I also like to see women that are more masculine, but I don't see the problem if the women is more feminine or tiny, she can also be a strong woman.
The fact that Yu Le Xuan doesn't care about Wen Bin being a girl? okay, I love him. I mean, it's possible that he suspected her from the beginning and this episode was only a "confirmation" to him (that's why his not too shocked), but it's curious that just after the confirmation he was more worried about the fact that everyone will know his secret than with the fact that Wen Bin is a girl. Definitely he wants her to stay at school, it's just that right now it's a little afraid that they will reveal his secret.
So curious also, that in this version his character was the first to know the identity of Wen Bin! In the korean version, If I remember correctly, he doesn't have an "official" confirmation, but from the beginning he believes firmly that is a girl. I wonder how Lei Ao will find out he is a girl in this one? I don't think it will be the same way as Yu Le Xuan...
Also I need to say that it's true that at the beginning I didn't understand how she could pass as a boy, but despite that I think the drama is doing a good job with that. The reasons why everyone thinks he's a boy despite she doesn't look like one are reasonable.
haven't started yet... not comparing but I hope the one whose playing Yo Ah In role will give its justice and…
The acting of Yoo Ah In was amazing, Moon Jae Shin was my favorite character in Sungkyunkwan Scandal. In this one, I think the actor is doing a good job, I like it (maybe not as much as in the korean version, but I like it). And for the character of Song Joongki... the acting of Bi Wenjun for the character is absolutely amazing!! Of the 4 main characters I think this one is the best portrayed. It's my favorite character of this version. Also, the character of Lee Sunjoon (that is called Feng Cheng Jun in this one), of the 4 characters, is the character whose personality has changed the most (but I actually don't complain, in some way I prefer this personality more). Hope you will also enjoy watching this drama!!
I'm in episode 5 and I'm really enjoying it! I've also watched Sungkyunkwan Scandal and I need to confess that I prefer the personality of Feng Cheng Jun rather than the Lee Sun Joon's personality. I'm happy they change it. I like so much the others characters too. The only thing is that I don't know how the female lead can pass as a men... Anyways, despite that I think the actress is doing great, so I don't complain so much
I can honestly say these douchbag exs are really ruining this drama for me. Had they've been non-existent or non-irritating,…
I also hate the exs, but I think in some way is interesting, the kdrama is reflecting very different reactions of the people in a break up; I think the main couple is reflectling the healthiest part of a relationship, while the exs the unhealthiest part (I'm curious -and scared at the same time- to know how will be the development of the characters. But if Jung Jae Hyuk continues like that, I don't discard that he will end up in jail)
I've just finished watching the drama. I started it because I was so curious about why this drama had so high rating on mydramalist. Finally, I understand. This drama is a masterpiece (at least, for me). The history, the characters, the OST, the dressing, filming locations... EVERYTHING. I haven't read the novel, but I knew that it was based on a BL novel. Personally, I think the actors (and the people that have worked on the drama) did a VERY good job with his relationship. There is no kiss, or "I love you", but you can feel very well the emotions of Lan Zhan and Wei Wing with his actions and the way that they look at each other (and I think that is beautiful).
Definitely I will see again the drama in the future. And of course, I will read the novel and watch the anime. I'm so happy too that they did a film with Wen Ning and Sizhui!
This drama is just amazing. It has romance, action, comedy, good characters, good OST, a very interesting story, a lot of plot twist... it's a very complete drama. I love it. In my opinion, one of the best kdrama of 2019.
Yep. Some people can't handle the bully thing and some people can't stand the aggressiveness of Sun. That's what…
Hao Ting and Sun have done bad things, butI think we are going to see a good development of his characters in the next episodes, and that is what matters. If they do good, I think we can get a good message from the drama (maybe that's the point).
The episodes of this week were insane!!! The start of the drama had a lot of romantic-comedy moments, A LOT, and now... after THAT plot twist, I can't stop suffering! I am a little bit sad that Yool Mu is not the character that is portrayed at the beginning, but in some way I like it... I mean, it's an interesting character, and Kang TaeOh's acting is amazing! I can't wait for the next episodes! I'm really worried about the widow village, and specially for Nokdu and Dongjoo... :(
I have just finished watching the drama and I enjoyed it a lot. The fact that the story is more mature and it's not developed in a "school" ambient is very refreshing. Maybe the drama is not perfect, but it's definitely one of the best BL i've watched. I'm so happy for the quality of the HIStory tramas through the seasons.
The episodes 9-10, omg... that kiss from Nokdu to Yul Moo, OMG. That was soooo unexpected! I didn't see this coming! And after, that "I LIKE YOU!" from Dongjoo to Nokdu, wow! I loved that part. And the ending? Oh my god that ending! I'm in love with this drama! I can't believe this week we only had one episode :(
I also like to see women that are more masculine, but I don't see the problem if the women is more feminine or tiny, she can also be a strong woman.

I watched also The ring series, but not Abyss
And thank you! ^^
