Women likes perfect men for their flawed messy female characters but don't like their flawed messy female character to be with another flawed messy male character. This tells a lot.

In this series men are shown more as simps and doormats for woman characters than women characters being doormat to men.

Sorry their friendship isn't destroyed because of a guy. They uses guy as an excuse to cover underlying issues that already exists btw them. It was never about him and he never was the issue.

Nope he is not cheating so far. Didn't watched latest eps though. Maybe it as usual trope used to make root for ml, fl in the end.

I have no issues with lovelines in this drama but this drama suffers with core plot issues. Pacing, timing, presentation. They shouldn't have used miss korea competition as a plot tool. It's not a simple thing. It has so many dark things going behind it.

I get it what they're trying to do with these characters but it's not that engaging or interesting.

Thats Hyun and YR scene felt so unnecessary when he didn't let her say what she feels. It's lowkey guilt tripping.

JH needs to start owning her own decision making.

Still. Her real intentions matters more here. She will feel happy as long as YR did't win the competition, even if she herself didn't win in the competition.

Her end goal is not to win competition, she wants to win against YR atleast once.

JH intentionally joined competition after knowing YR joined in competition. This makes whatever words she said to YR meaningless because her real intention is to make YR feel guilty about her and wants to win against her.

I always wonder how YS get so much free time available, as he always keep himself available for JH whenever she wants. Not even once he says "not today".

YR won't be a green flag for Hyun so i think it's a win for him too.

Both female characters has some unspoken issues btw them to resolve. ML has nothing to do with whatever FL characters going through. Those are created by themselves with lack of communication and honesty.

FL is married and her husband is hospitalised in order to pay hospital bills she somehow gets involved with dark business where she meets ml.

Their is no romance yet from either leads but they are some unnecessary subtle hints which can seen as romantic from romace fans perceptive.

He doesn't care about JP or even considerate of what JP going through. His emotional intelligence is only limited towards persons he cares.

No one is prize here anyway. Everyone is flawed in their own way.

Growing up and healing doesn't mean one have to gave up on the persons they love. Its all about seeing their own life from different perceptive and embracing it again.
