I'm really enjoying this drama. It's the only one I'm currently following everyday. I like the acting, fighting, costumes, sets, and story. I think Victoria Song, Ding Yu Xi, and other supporting actors are doing great. I typically skip the scenes with the supporting characters only, but I haven't in this drama. I know a lot of people are saying the FL and ML don't have chemistry, but I see the chemistry between them! I wasn't really a big fan of Victoria Song or Ding Yu Xi before this drama, but I've changed my mind after watching them here. I started to read the translated novel and it seems both ML and FL are portraying their characters similar to how the book portrays them. In the novel, Chu Yu has a very mature personality (possibly due to the rebirth storyline in the novel and reluctant to get involved with the ML initially); and Wei Yun was a little shy and innocent at first. Can't wait to follow this drama to the end! It's not perfect...but I'm totally enjoying it and would recommend it!

Great drama! Story, acting, music, costumes were all good. Leads had great chemistry. Are chinese drama fanfics still a big thing? Wanted to see if there were any with alternative endings, continuing the story, etc. Guess I'm just not ready to let the drama go...lol.
