Exactly ,people hyping him as being so nice ,so kind etc in the drama ,yet how much has he done for anyone besides his mom which any sane person would do . he hasn't really done anything for jk or anything that a regular friend wouldn't do .
he has made jk cry by blackmailing suho into cutting off their friendship, those thugs kidnapped jk because they thought she was sj's girl and gave her a hard time,he is of no use to jk academically, nor has he really protected her. it was suho who went to the thugs house to ask him to apologize .
He has a "fun"character but at the moment there isn't any spectacular thing he has done for jk. Frankly at this point in the drama, he hasn't really done anything to be deserving of her affection.

she isn't annoying but i don't want them to make her too childish especially with the voice thing ,but i dont find her character generally annoying .

having a different opinion is not invalidation.people just like to throw these fancy terms around without understanding the true meaning and context which those words are meant to be used .
invalidation is a deeper process ,not just some comments thrown around over a high school drama that has 2 opposing love camps.

You do know stealing means taking another's possession without their permission . In this case the webtoon writer has given them permission to rewrite the script . so where is the theft ?
i just have a bit of an issue with people using that term in the context of this drama, i'm both amused and find it ridiculous at the same time .Maybe you are over personalizing this experience ,u can accuse them of lazy and unimaginative writing, but stealing i consider an overreach .

I'm not trying to change your mind ,what for? just wondered why you would even put up with an awful drama .4 episodes of an awful drama is a lot to put up with ,moreso when u could tell how really awful it was from the get go.

Actually the real interferer is seojun .seeking a girl out just to spite your ex friend,using suho's affection for jk to threaten and blackmail him, of course suho will be pissed and mad when he sees them together,he believes seojun is just playing games and he wants to protect jk.
seojun made jk weep after blackmailing suho but y'all give him a pass. If you heard a guy did that to get close to u would you date him?
Imagine if the script was flipped and soojin did the same thing.

Most of the people complaining have always wanted seojun to be with jk and have put suho down,hated on suho ,hated on the director ,accused the director of stealing scenes and humiliating seojun (a pretty ridiculous take if u ask me) ,moaned and groaned and threw tantrums from the beginning because they want it like the webtoon, despite the director being very clear about the direction the romance would take from the get go.
One such complainant even said suho doesn't really love jk, he is only trying to make seojun jealous by kissing jk.....lmao .That's how ridiculous it's being.

It would be hard for me to dislike soojin because she's been a positive friend to jk, but i'm curious as to why she's suddenly trying to get closer to suho at this time ? what has changed for her ? she has obviously cared for suho as childhood friends and maybe had a crush on him but why is she now exploring it ?
