Can this love be communicated?

Do writers really think that miscommunication is the key to a good drama?why can't the characters communicate,I dropped a previous drama because of this but this one takes it too far.like ml and fl have miscommunication,2leads have miscommunication and a random couple also has miscommunication because odd the 2leads.back in Canada when cha Mu Hee is going off on ho Jin saying he doesn't like her he doesn't say she's wrong,is it too hard to say "I like you" ?????? And he literally says that he went to my hee cause he felt she was interested but SHE turned him down when it's the opposite.throught the time I watched only her emotions clear not his, if you like her communicate instead of being the nonchalant guy who looks out for the fl.
This show had the potential to be a sweet romance drama in the first episode.lke why did they shifted to something else?in the second half the story feels like it's a different story, did the Hong sisters didn't know what to do so they mashed up two different stories.
And what's up with the forced 2ml? Do we still need them in 2026 when everyone knows 2leads are just plot device to move the main leads story forward.
The cinematography is good and visuals are great.

So if you are a fan of any of those actors, please skip this they have done better projects.

loved you in the past. love you in the present

oh man, it was really good .i wasn't expecting much from it plus the awful subtitles everywhere where i try to watch it. made me question my eyes, cause i can't understand Chinese but i know she was clearly saying a name but the subtitles tend to differ. the only place where i found a better subtitle quality was you tube but then the sound quality there wasn't good. I'm glad that i watched it cause at one hand i got something really nice to watch and on the other hand it cured my drama slump. though i wish the website would've worked for at least the final episode cause it was wonderful but i watched it on you tube but i couldn't emotionally resonate with it cause of the sound.and also we didn't really see xiaoxiao's friend who came with her to the class reunion in the past .and do the classmates also have a distinct memory of xiaoxiao now compared to before? and what happened to xie lan? i guess we'll never know .tbh i'm only thinking about it now .

Magic in the air!!

I absolutely loved this show.its so so good.adachi and kurosawa are so damn cute.i loved their every interaction but for me this show is 8.5/10 because of the second lead couple,I most of the time found myself skipping their parts.as much as I know minato is supposed to be 23 and there should only be a difference of 7 years between them but still it's weird.i wish there was a season 2

A surprisingly good horror

I don't really watch horror as I get scared easily and prefer thriller.i actually got to know about it from tiktok through a movie narration.just when I heard about them having extra people than when they arrived at that place I was sold.it specifically kind of reminded me of another which i really like.
I had my doubts on the guy who supposedly cleaned cropses before.i couldn't really remember them properly except for lieutenant choi.
The poster itself gives away the story of the movie
"He who sheds others blood will not return
Not even his soul"
And the only one who survived the whole massacre was jang.though he got blinded and heavily traumatized, his fate seems way nicer than the previous survivor whose body is seemingly burned
Unlike the others jang also hadn't committed any killing and at the end he was blind,so he couldn't even see the ghost for her to use him and since choi died he was the only one left,so maybe he is spared.
The island itself is a trap, when a troop arrives didn't timelines merge all at once, the French, American army men and even the previous batch of Korean soldiers appointed at r-point.tge woman is probably the source of all the hallucinations and the violence, craziness that emerges in the soldiers out of the blue.when all things are done i.e most of the troops are killed and the rescuers arrive they find no body, nothing anywhere in r-point.showcasing the end of the trap for this batch of soldiers but surely this loop will continue as choi's voice is seen sending distress signals.and just like with the previous survivor jang would ask them not to go and they would still send soldiers and those soldiers would go through the same thing.

A cozy detective mystery mixed with slice of life elements

It does include some murders and a mummified body but still it's cozy, and doesn't feel really serious.it was pretty low stakes drama for me except episodes 4&5, I was really worried for them.miyabi made me wonder how she became a journalist by how blunt she was 😭😭.
I previously heard about the manga and when I got the know it had an adaptation I was interested in it.but just after finishing the show did I got to know that they both confessed their feelings at the last chapter.while watching this show I was skeptical and "do I remember right"? was the question that was roaming by head, cause they are cute but tbh I'm not smart enough to figure out their feelings.so I was going back and forth between platonic and romantic.
I love how after the episode ends everything goes back to normal the other day, like this one day Taro's dad literally doubted his wife and the next day they are a happy family.
I wish it gets a second season 🤞🤞
