Yes. The director wants us to remember this drama. And however we want the ending to be. So depending on what one's thought is...if one has happy thoughts, then the ending will be happy. If one has sad thoughts then sad ending. Actually...this is a lesson in life.....life is what you make of. When we have lemons 🍋, let's make lemonade and enjoy it 😉 😊

I say if people scared to watch the ending, watch til the demon wedding. Don't want to miss the final honeymoon and demon wedding. It's so beautiful and enlighten the heart❤️

I don't mind the ending as I had knowledge about the ending of the novel. I would say an intelligent director would not give the audience a typical expected ending. Otherwise TTEOM would just be like any other regular drama instead of an ordinary to be remembered forever drama. So to me it has been sufficed.

TTEOM has impacted me greatly. I love the drama so much that I had spent the last month doing nothing but watching Bai Lu and Yunxi's videos. I searched and listen to every audio and video including analysis about TTEOM. After the drama has ended, I couldn't move on. It's been a few days now and I had watched all their BTS and short video clips...you name it. I really miss the pair. I am now a fan of Yunxi.....his emotions and acting and facial expressions as ML are incredible and irresistible. Love love him ❤️😍♥️

It has been a great experience reading all of your options and feelings. Looks like we are very similar in the boat 😭🤧 thank you all for your contributions. I am new here. Just signed up today, only to rate TTEOM and to post my thoughts. Yes, I rate TTEOM 10 because the ending does not change my mind about my journey for this past month. I also have been rewatching TTEOM and LIS because I cannot move on. Missing Bai Lu and Yunxi so much 😭

Yes. It is best ending for this drama with bleak theme. TTJ has become a different man at the end because series of events he experienced. People calling Dream arc was unnecessary and boring but it is the one changed him the most. He experienced honorable life of GoW that defended entire continents and it is affecting his process of thinking . It is become poetic justice as well because dream life prepared by Ming Ye itself for future DG.

Give it a second, there'll come along a few gatekeepers telling you that you're not qualified to rate this high or appreciate it because 1. you're a fan of one or more of the actors, 2. everybody knows a good drama only gets a HEA (and if it was a clear HEA, they would tell you everybody knows a good drama only gets a BE or OE if it takes itself seriously), 3. you haven't seen that many dramas to realize this is such a mediocre one (LOL), 4. your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries - or something.

I think something's happening again in c-ent, so many naysayers are coming specifically to tell their opinion that it's not good enough, then so ready to defend their "right" to express it (LOL, this is a democracy, since when? And it's such a... thing to say. Whatever).

So don't mind it. Everyone's taste is different, let everybody have their opnion and express it - it doesn't detract: this IS the best xianxia of the last few years. Who doesn't like it - oh well. It'll hurt none, LOL.

I think TTEOTM ending is the best conclusion.
Great love for the world and personal love. He didn't die only because he have to, he did it in his own terms. Control his own life. He managed to control his own destiny that shackled him. He fulfilled his goal in his own terms. Tantai Jin managed to control his own fate to the extent he could - and in the process saved the 3 realms and Li Susu! I get why some people were disappointed because who wouldn't want a happy ending? However, to put the whole series down just because ending wasn't what you wished for is something that I don't really get. TTEOTM not really a fluffy romance drama. If you wanted a romance HE with a wedding and baby, then this wasn't the drama for you.

I COME BACK AND I HAD TO REFRESH TO SEE IF MY EYES WERE SEEING THINGS RIGHT?? WHY IS THE RATING GOING DOWN??? THIS DESERVES AT LEAST 8.9 REGARDLESS OF THE ENDING LIKE SRSLY....😭🤧 people plz look at the bigger picture...LBFAD is 8.9 how can TTEOTM hit lower breaks my heart...

Here are my thoughts, just because I want to get them off my chest.
1. Leads did a great job and kept me watching.
2.TTJ's pain was beautiful to watch. Thank you LYX.
3. Surprised to read that others struggled with the second part, I thought I was the only one.
4. I missed Pian Ran & Ye Qing Yu soooo much in the second part.
5. Blood, blood, blood...I never have seen characters spit up so much blood. Sooo many times. I kind of felt queezy toward the end. Totally unnecessary.
6. The ending left me confused. Missed opportunity to elevate the drama. I'm still scratching my head.
7. I found out that I prefer characters who are dark. I like to see them work through their struggles while owning up to their true character.

Overall, I did enjoy the drama. I look forward to seeing all these actors again.

TILL THE END OF THE MOON is in a class of its own. For me, it truly elevated the Xianxia genre. 👏🏻 I have seen a fair few, a lot are memorable, but TTEOM, took us to another level. It will leave it’s mark.

Wether its in the cinematic experience, poignant story, special effects, amazing fight sequences and most of all characters—specially Tantai Jin.

Everything in Tteotm drama is well directed & presented with quality acting by Lyx & Bl. Their every gestures & microexpressions are beautiful. Tteotm has raised standards high. Fair viewers knows, using excuse of giving low rates for ending, while ignoring whole plot isn't fair. I'm only disappointed in YK cause it should atleast justified it with original ending & that's all. I hope they air special episodes rumored as soon as possible.

Just finished the last episode and I'm happy with how things were wrapped up.

However, the story did get really draggy (I'm looking at you dream arc plot)and toward the end, there were a lot of episodes that didn't keep my interest. For me what made this show worthwhile was the acting of the 2 leads, especially Bai Lu. Overall great show, with beautiful visuals, top-notch acting, and a somewhat interesting plot lol.

It seems like you can not catch the essence of this drama or simply this drama is not your taste.
But for me, it is one of the most amazing dramas I've ever watched.
So, your opinion and many other toxicities will not change my stand to love this drama.

originally TTEOTM shd be have 56 instead of 60 and it cut down into 40 eps, maybe if Youku still released of full 56 ep I think we have a satisfactiom closure

And I think one of message of this drama is about how someone who heartless .. gradually becomes someone who is willing to sacrifice themselves to make the world peaceful, that everyone has the ability to change and become a better person, and no matter how dark their life path is there always be a light of shine , Because from what I see TTJ has the most tragic life among ML in other dramas 😅

Yes, they really have a toxic relationship at the first time and it's clearly not true love, if you already watch TTEOTM, and pay a little attention to the drama,then you should know, TTJ has no emotions since his birth because he's a devil fetus, he doesn't know what sadness, fear or love is, all he does to do is copy what XL does, Then he met a "new" YXW, who guarded him whenever he was on the verge of death and kept watching and care foe him without him knowing YXW's true intentions, so he became obsessed with YXW, perhaps at that time he also did not know what he really felt, he just wanted YXW belong to him and keep her only for him, after the arc dream, maybe that's the first time TTJ have a feeling for her and when YXW dies he realize that he trully love her and he will do anything to keep her save and the world that she love even if he have to sacrifies him self

And as for YXW, who had just seen all her sect and her father killed by TTJ and she have to travel back time to met TTJ with her status of his wife plus she had to keep TTJ from dying so that DG would not appear into the world ... with so much pain and hattred that YXW has, I dont think YXW could be fall in love with TTJ, but instead in the end... She really love TTJ with all her heart , that I think they have a true love in that moment

I think the goodness still will always win against the darkness in the end 😁

But then again ...Everyone has their own perspective, honestly I don't like OE or BE , despite there are still flaws and plot holes, I think TTEOTM's story is different from other xianxias, we are forced to see and understand the story from the dark side of a person and for me..this is one of the best xianxia I've ever seen

The lack of "romantic" love between the main characters and the "win" of evil characters aren't valid reasons to question why some of us enjoy the series. It's a series, it does not aim to provide lessons on human relationships or depict the triumph of goodness. Instead, it is a tragic story filled with anguish, suffering, and obsession.
