Title Till the End of the Moon Spoiler
If it happens, his death will be the most stupid thing. Why die if he is concious and didn't become killing machine?…
yes actually, it is necessary. First of all, in ep. 38 (I think), Di Mian, being under the control of the devil god, activates the All-In-Distress way. Tantai Jin aims to gather all three artifacts and become the devil god because he discovers that only the devil god can stop the formation from destroying everything. Unfortunately, things don't go as planned because after he completely absorbs the former devil god, he comes to see that the All-In-Distress way lives and dies with the devil god. Tantai Jin soon realises that since it's already been activated, the only way out is for him (who has now become the devil god) to die. So yes, TTJ does have to die for anything to be solved.

I agree that he doesn't need to make everyone hate him to kill him. Even just explaining to them that he needs to die for everything to end is enough for them to understand the situation. But no. C-drama just can't do without their angst now can they? ;)

In eps 39 when he was talking abt My SJ,, " their love is so insignificant compare to the great war between god and devil, no one would even know their love story if it's not Bo re dream," I guess in his heart , what he truely wanted to ask LSS is if she will remember him after everything and how will she remember him 💔,, he set that Bo re dream for LSS n chose the time he thinks that she was the happiest (and one of his darkest time as hostage prince), had family around n him as just a normal husband, in his heart, he hops that one day when LSS finally knows everything, she still has this dream ....my heart breaks for ttj n I won't recover unless happy ending 😭

I don’t understand why they changed the original novel and made YXW the villain. they completely whitewashed…
The book is fantastic. YXW's character really fits well in the story and TTJ truly is a devil fetus especially in personality. But the drama changing his character essentially makes it an entirely new story that should be treated as such. TTJ in the drama is turning out to be a saint lol.

😭😭😭Expectation pales in comparison to the reality of watching the drama. I am now utterly broken to smithereens. The roller coaster ride was so so good albeit heartbreaking. The only comfort I might have is that TTJ finally knows in midst of being always abandoned, hated and despised but loved and misunderstood also by the only woman he romantically loved, by a shifu who never gave him up, and not forgetting LSS' dad who believed in him. Ultimately he chose to look at the good in his mum, dad, nannies, friend, Susu and his shifu...😭😭😭 to be honest, i no longer expect a HE, instead it would be a pleasant surprise if HE is given🤣😂😅

So, I have read people talking about how different each and every move LYX and DW made in TTEOTM, because they are dancers. I do see how beautiful their fight scenes are...but initially I thought those are just normal.
So, I intentionally re-watched some scenes from famous xian xia like Eternal Love (Yangmi)...and yeah, when I watched the ML's fight scenes...those looked really rough and random...also, so many scenes where they only showed the body (without faces) and then I knew those were stunt...
So yeah, okay, I admit TTEOTM actors, actresses, crews really did great job...the fact that most of them did their own stunt...amazing!
I even saw BL did her own scene from heights even though she kept screaming because she was so afraid, kudos to them!!!

He be like "If I'm not happy with my life, I'll make sure nobody else is too" 😂😂😂
😂😂 you really opened my eyes, how I have missed this, here he called it "All-distress way" in that machine translation it's called "the Path of Same Sadness" Now it really does make sense

I know Ep. 35 was full of sweet moments but I'm living for the scene where Cang Jiumin is fixing the heart scale. He's finally learned to ignore them haters. It all starts from him and it doesn't matter about others. He feared what many told him he would be but don't listen to them Cang Jiumin. They don't define who you are. I love to see his growth!

And these past 2 episodes has really touched so well on the morality of humanity. Being misunderstood and letting others define who you are without even getting to know you. The hypocrisy of the immortals was too real.

TTJ: I realized the truth. I am who I am and not somebody else.

The sects: KILL HIM NOW

LSS: Why should we punish someone for being what they were born to be, before they even did anything wrong, just because they might become evil?

Girl. That's what we all have been saying while you went through your Terminator phase.

Don't be jealous of the rating here, it's already low enough. I can see how hard this production worked even without seeing any of the BTS. It's not a piece of crap with no plot, no idea, no creativity, etc. I don't want to name things, but the truly overrated dramas are the ones where they didn't even hire any choreographer to do the action scenes, even professional camera men were not hired. Why? Cause some overrated artists be charging for ridiculous salaries, the producers couldn't even afford for Ok-ish CGI. How those overhyped dramas even got their unconvincing high ratings and good reviews, IDC, but it's either the producers covetting the budget to save for insane marketing, or the artists who greedily snatched all the budget to themselves bribed fans to like their stuff for their sakes. All I know is something boring equals snoring. Boring stuff with awesome reviews saying they enjoy boring stuff... makes no sense. It's time to appreciate TRULY hardworking producers and REAL actors. There isn't even a single episode where this is draggy and the plot froze. If this is overhyped then I don't know what I should call the "authentic" overhyped stuff. Be fair in competition! To point out flaws that are true, yes, that's fine. To lie about things that aren't true, please have some shame.

Exactly. I don’t get why some feel the need to put other viewers down. You do you. You can complain as much…
Yep, is someone don't like it, can write about it, or drop or any. But other people also have right think and talk about that drama masterpiece. Who can objectively decide how good is it? If majority people love it, it's mean it deserve it.

... I'm thinking, though, I'll just get off this bad-edit bandwagon of comments and wait it out without coming here for the rest of the eps.

I get it, they had to edit it out, lots of scenes cut, way too lopsided scenes in favour of the ML (in the most important part of his story, where the FL is basically unconscious but let's move past this), yadda-yadda-yadda.

It's not too complicated to go through the slimmed-down plot, I have no idea what a lot of people are complaining about. I for one don't need it to be faithful to the novel (I won't read it now just because of the complaints in the beginning that TTJ wasn't dark enough and that LSS gets way way more hurt - like raped and beaten and stuff, AS IF China would have ever allowed that in a drama LOL), I don't need for every little detail to be explained to me like I can't see what's going on - seriously, it's not all that damned complicated, what are people on about?!!

And let's not talk about the smooth comments from people whose lists profess they dropped the drama weeks ago and rated it 1 but still come and discuss it as if they're watching it while pretending to enjoy it.

It's getting kind of tiring with all the fuss over NOTHING, making mountains out of anthills over things nobody really cares about - seriously, are we even watching the same drama?!! The details are all there to see and understand, do we really need to be led by the nose and have ALL those nonsense details pointed at for us, what the heck! I don't want my fun to be spoiled and I don't really intend to reply to comments that will probably go the way of "it's a free site, we're free to comment" bla-bla-bla, they're absolutely right. And it's absolutely right to choose not to engage with such comments and the people writing them. This is not a democracy so free speech is not what's it all about.

Okay, this is it. Rant over.

Title Till the End of the Moon Spoiler
Ep 33 was shortened by at least 30%, here’s the full sequence in the screenplay:
After Tan Tai Jin and Su Su got the devil cube thing, it was bought back to be sealed under the power of the immortals.

They wanted to re-enforce the seal so they wanted MingYe’s heart protection scale. Su Su volunteered to go back to Jing country to retrieve this.

Tan Tai Jin volunteered to go with Su Su, hence their meeting in Jing country. They both went into the royal palace to see the King. Su Su said let’s go meet your grandchildren, TTJ said I have no grandchildren. Once you went, I went right after you.

They both encountered the King in the palace, he was masked, TTJ got the sword out to ask who he is, why he is pretending to be of Tan Tai family? He unmasked and turned out to be Ye Qing Yu. They talked about the scale but YQY couldn’t give back because it’s their last resort against a very powerful demon. Su Su and TTJ decided to go and catch this demon.

Su Su (pretend to be drunken) got into the hotel and pretended to sleep to wait for the demon, the demon arrived and tried to get into her forehead. She placed a spell on the demon and captured it. It was very strong and broke the spell to ran out. She threw a string to catch it and once she jumped out, saw that she caught TTJ.

TTJ said that he was worried about her so he came back, and that he saw a black smoke rushing out of her room hence he got there. Su Su removed the string and they both walked out of the hotel to a different place.

—-Cut to real TTJ meeting a fake Li Su Su and beat her up into black smoke that flown away—-

Su Su got the fake Tan Tai Jin to a place where she started a stronger spell to capture it again. She said she knew it was fake, the fake TTJ then begged for her to save it, Su Su continued to apply more spell force.

——Real TTJ then went to find SuSu and saw her with fake TTJ——

A black smoke got into fake TTJ, turning him into the devil god, Su Su got distracted and the demon got the stronger hand. It said that it could see through her biggest fear and escaped from her spell. Real TTJ saw the whole thing.

—- This then cut to the scene in which TTJ said: so the thing you fear the most is me turning into Devil God—-

Then they went onto meet CYJW, he told them that this demon can morph into the person they love the most/ and also the one they are scared of the most. As TTJ realised that he was the person Su Su loved the most, he threw a look at Su Su, resulted in her saying : “don’t get the meaningless part”
