Sis. Hoping for the same thought too.this isnt some Japanese drama where teacher and student always had something…
I know right? it's morally wrong, there's clear power imbalance when teacher and student are dating and it's predatory. Having a crush on your teacher is normal but an adult knows better, those feelings shouldn't get any reaction from them. but on the other hand, after she finishes school, they'll be on the same level and equals. I heard EuiJu's going to become popular writer in university so I won't mind them meeting each other after few years and catching feelings
tbf I dont mind if they get together when Euju is in college, but I would reaaaallyyy enjoy this show if it stays non-romance, purely comedic and platonic show about quirky high scooler and her genius teacher. I also like how non-sexualizing and realistic this is. not everyone likes wearing skirts to school, some people just want to feel comfortable in their clothes, and Euiju usually wears pants under her skirt. not saying there should be anything sexualizing in children wearing skirts, but in a world full of predators and paedophiles, that was breath of fresh air
First two episodes were good, ep3 and ep4 were mid even though I liked the messages it sent us. Episode 3 felt…
but I'm wondering if it was written/directed by a man. it wasn't as deep and straightforward as it could've been, woman's perspective would be different imo
First two episodes were good, ep3 and ep4 were mid even though I liked the messages it sent us. Episode 3 felt very weird, it might've sound smart in a script form but on tv, it just came out as cartoonish. In Ep4, I felt like Blossom's karma was "You reap what you sow", she thought it was empowering telling herself and others that it was her body her choice, manipulating others around her and using that as her advantage, but Nanno showed her the real power would always belong to the one that pays. It's not "your body your choice" anymore when someone who can do even more than you appears. after that, you only care about keeping your place. In The end, Blossom felt in a grave she dug for herself, doing more and more extreme stuff to get the approval of others, and that kind of stuff never stops once you feel the taste of how others make you feel, I guess... hopefully i got it right lol, andi I reaaaaaly hope last two episodes are better.
