Title Tempest
is it worth it for the romance?? i hate politics
They're cute. There's a lot of close proximity/incidental touching while he is protecting her from threats. They share these small moments of intimacy in every episode and those moments escalate as the series goes on, going from incidental to intentional. Watch until the train scene. If you're not on board by then, it's probably not your cup or tea

Title Tempest Spoiler
As of episode 5, Stella Young moved to Korea 10 years ago and FL's husband's illegitimate kid is 9 years old. The kid also draws pictures of vacationing in Sweden and the submarine parts Stella Young bought are from Sweden. So Stella is definitely someone connected to the kid. I was thinking it was the kid's mom, but if not then it's probably someone else in the family...

Title Born Again
Is this worth watching? It's got a good cast but somewhat low ratings. I'll probably pass.
Going by the comments, a lot of people seem to have rated it low because they wanted the second lead to get the girl. I like the cast too so I'm planning on checking it out for myself

Title Delightfully Deceitful Spoiler
Is there any romance ?
Kiss + handholding (partly to pull off their cons), taking care of each other when they're sick or hurt, FL living at ML's house when she doesn't have a place to stay, ML declaring he will be the one by her side until the end, other characters saying the main leads like/love each other and they don't deny it, etc. Both characters start out a little too set in their ways (ML is overly righteous and FL is overly focused on revenge no matter the cost). But as they spend more time together, they learn to trust each other and really balance each other. It's great seeing the growth, not only of their relationship but also of them as individuals.

The mythology in this was very interesting. Most of the time when it comes to fantasy romances, it's the romance that keeps me watching. But I kept coming back to find out more about the mythology and see how everything plays out. The romance is cute too! But that's more like a bonus to the gripping plot. I had low expectations going in because the premise sounds cheesy but I really enjoyed it. The fantasy elements start really developing around the end of episode 4 and get better and better from there. The story line also moved pretty fast because it's a 12 episode drama instead of the usual 16.

I'm missing the blond hair haha. Maybe they will bring it back in the final episode when the twins switch back to their own place.

I've watched the first two episodes so far and I have to say that it's pretty refreshing. A lot of dramas will have main characters behaving badly and abusing alcohol during hard times, but those issues just kind of get glossed over. They're miraculously able to stop when the story needs them to, and no one bats an eye. But here, the other characters actually hold the main character accountable for her alcohol abuse. Like yeah, it sucks that your life isn't going well but you still have to own up to the fact that you're making the decision to drink. And it's affecting you and the people around you.

Haven't seen it yet, but I remember reading somewhere that the end scene shows them kissing, but it's like their…
It's more like the hair covers their faces when they're kissing but yeah. They end up together but not too much on screen romance. Still an excellent drama though!

is There any romance?
Very little. The two main characters grow closer over the course of the drama and the last episode has them running to each other and kissing. It's an excellent drama but if you're looking for romantic moments every episode, this is not it.

watching it for the third time and will never get tired of it, god i love this show so much
Any other shows you would recommend that are like this? I don't need the same story line, but something that's easy to watch where nothing too terrible happens to the characters

She has a weird amount of flowers - highest (all time) among all Korean actresses at the time of this comment according to the mydramalist leaderboard. She's great but I never would have guessed she would have the highest

Funny how Lee Seung Gi is a descendant of the Yi clan of Jeonju, which is the clan that ruled the Joseon Dynasty of Korea. And his wife Lee Da In is a descendant of the Hwanggan Kyeon clan, which makes her a descendant of Gyeon Hwon, who was the first king of the Hubaekje kingdom, during the Later Three Kingdoms of Korea.

Title High Kick Season 3 Spoiler
Hi can someone please tell me in which episode the character young wook exit this drama? I REALLY CAN'T STAND…
So the river incident happens in episode 25, when people think Young Wook jumped into the water to save Ha Sun from drowning (he didn't). She gets pressured into dating him by the bystanders. He leaves for the temple on episode 54 and stops appearing in the show. Comes back briefly in episode 62 to fail his exam and officially break up. Appears in the show one more time on episode 117 to tell Ha Sun he passed his exam, but realizes that she's happily dating Ji Suk so he leaves again.

I have to say that it's pretty refreshing to see the typical roles reversed. It's usually the male lead who is the genius vigilante/con artist and the female lead who preaches about following the law, but it's the total opposite here. I'm enjoying their dynamic so far and looking forward to where it leads
