I think something dark about him will get revealed in next week's episodes now that Yul is missing. But my bet is on domestic violence, not serial killing
I'm okay in both ways if they end up together or just stay as friends. Because I think they're closer in ways…
The Injeolmi business may cause a minor rift but Hee-Do and Yi-Jin's main dispute is going to be something news related. They keep bringing up the bad blood between Hee-Do's mother and the female coach due to news that the mother reported. And the coach even warns Hee-Do to stay away from Yi-Jin since he's a reporter.
He was alive as of one month ago according to the present timeline. That is when Hee Do's mom mentions seeing him last (but you never know with kdramas – she could have visited his grave lol)
Soohyun gives up on the female PD (Gong Hyo Jin) because she starts dating her friend (Cha Tae Hyun). IU keeps pursuing Soohyun. So it's possible they might end up together in the future but it's not shown on screen.
Agreed with Jun-Wan/the womanizer. We have no idea why this relationship is supposed to be so special, and the…
I missed the part where he was a womanizer. He seemed to have a long-term girlfriend at the beginning of season 1 that he broke up with due to her repeated alcoholic/drunk driving tendencies. His next romantic interest was ikjun's sister (soldier girl), who he also entered a long-term and long-distance relationship with.
Going off of the first hour-long episode, it has a very Pride and Prejudice feel. We've already met characters who fit the Elizabeth, Darcy, and Wickham roles, and I suspect Georgiana too though it's too early to tell. I am almost certain that this was adapted from a webtoon, just going by the flow of the whole episode (plus exaggerated reactions, little transition between scenes, the sheer number or characters introduced etc).
Also, this is irrelevant, but did anyone else think this was a Jdrama just going by the picture on the poster?
This is different from what I was expecting but it's not bad. Some may find the comedy out of place but I'm enjoying…
There's some romantic tension starting in episode 2. Male lead asks female lead to dinner to get her help on a case. She mistakenly thinks this is a date so she spends a lot of time getting ready and then he gets all nervous when he sees her all dressed up. Also there's hand holding in the dark as they investigate. I'm not sure if there will be any follow through on the romance, but the leads have great comedic chemistry as well. So it's worth watching regardless.
This is different from what I was expecting but it's not bad. Some may find the comedy out of place but I'm enjoying it. Also, I really like how sensible the female lead is. I wish she had more scenes because her screen time in the first two episodes have been pretty sparse. I'm hoping this will change going forward as she gets pulled more into the central mystery. I wasn't expecting anything romance related since this is ocn but there seemed to be some hints in episode 2 (see minor spoilers below)
This gives off alice in wonderland vibes at times because of the min chae rin's (lee yoo ri) flashbacks to the garden. I really like the aesthetics of those scenes.
