To be honest, if I knew it was that way, I didn't started to watch. It kinda reminds me Nicholas Sparks' novels.

Title The Light in Your Eyes Spoiler
I liked and I don't at the same time. I mean... (my opinions with spoilers πŸ‘‡)
I don't understand the beginning! it was so detailed! she having the dream to be an anchor and the brother and mom fighting about pork belly, the ladies at the beauty salon, the neighbours gossiping, it was so so well done that I was truly sad to know that 2019 and 25 years old Hye Ja didn't exist! That story that she throw up when confessed her love to her senior, that other girl who have a crush in Joon Ha, Joon Ha's grandma and oh my god I was so sad in her funeral when Hye Ja can't come! And nothing existed! It gets me frustrated asf and I didn't understand how it fits to the real story to be honest. So many details to be absolutely different at the end? Doesn't makes sense to me. But, after a few episodes I started to think it may be Alzheimer or another dementia related, but the beginning still makes me believe it wasn't. I was shocked when the revelation comes and how everything was in the past and in the present time. Hye Ja and Joon Ha story was so so sad and beautiful at same time. In the end I was with a bittersweet feeling, I like they're finally together again but oh God everything in between makes me sad.

The two works from this director, Something in the rain and One spring night, get me bothered also but 1 cause the terrible mom and 2 because no women had voice to speak for herself. In these, I loved the main couple so much that I finished both soon and I really liked in the end. But Midinight Romance in Hagwon, oh my God, its beyond boring. I couldn't understand at all the academic politics, to me it was all nonsense and exaggerated and they took soooooooo long with that. I loved main couple dinamic, tho, they're healthy and cute together, and to be honest, I only finished for them. But everything and everyone else is so boring and uninteresting that even the "bad" characters didn't pissed me off because everything is already pissing me off. I only recommend that if you like Hajoon and Ryeowon like me or if, and mainly, if you are interested in crash courses from Korea.

Title Wonderland
I liked but it gets me so anxious all the time because it showed some of my biggest fears: losing my loved ones, the finitude of life and artificial intelligence. Only that one Black Mirror episode, Be Right Back, was left me feeling like this before. πŸ₯²

I also did not get why she felt so concerned about him leaving the school and blaming herself for that . Like…
Right?? If she's such a good teacher, she should be more confident and don't care about what others do in their careers. She honestly gets me bothered sometimes thinking she all the world is around her, girl do you job and don't care about others!

this is kind of what mean when I say that maybe the writer isn't doing a good job of making us care. I know there's…
I agree 100% with you when you say the writer isnt doing a good job for make us care and I don't think its only the focus in the study academy fights, but the problems seems very nonsense to care. Hye Jin sooooo extremely worried about the things Gray Witch or Mr Pyo did, to me doesn't make sense because I only keep thinking "IF YOU ARE SUCH A GREAT TEACHER, DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE OTHERS!! DO YOUR JOB GOOD AS ALWAYS AND FOCUS IN YOU!!" you know?

It's very hard to connect to these problems, it doesn't seems real problems to me and it gets me bothered all the time. I just keep going because the couple chemistry and because I like Ha Joon and Ryeo Won.

you are absolutely rightπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ I dropped it a long time ago from episode 6!!! there is a lot better noona…
if I can give you some suggestions, my favourites noona romance are the cdrama "the rational life" and kdrama "search: www", they are very focused in strong women, their professionals lives and finding love after dedicated their lives for their jobs.

I'm not korean so I'm struggling hard to understand why Hye Jin was so concerned about what Mr Pyo choose for his career. I don't understand why in the world it would be her responsibility to make him not to go to the other academy and even if he goes, why worry so much if she are such a good teacher?? I honestly don't understand that competition, they make everything being personal but it's just professionals choices, isn't? If someone who knows more than me could explain why it all is so big and important, I will be very grateful πŸ₯Ί

(Sorry for seems dumb, I honestly can't relate with anything I know to understand better this study-academy situation)

Here in Latin America we are only in episode 4, and I'm seeing a lot of people who likes the FL but to me she still is just someone who wants to take advantage from the family. So, when she changed it? It take all of me to not dislike her hahaha

I honestly didn't saw anything coming when I first watched this show. I was expecting something like that Jim Carrey movie "Liar Liar" but I got a dating reality show and everyone with traumatic past. πŸ‘οΈπŸ‘„πŸ‘οΈ

I found funny all the hate because it's so exaggerated. I think yes, Jae Eon have his questions but I think the story in general is one of most realistic I saw. They're just young people in the beginning of their 20s and wanting to love, to have sex, making bad and good decisions, discovering themselves and the others. I don't think Jas Eon is a villain, he's just a young pretty boy who likes to enjoy the life. I'm pretty sure all of us have meet someone like that sometime, in real life or in fiction. And he gets curious about the shy, beautiful, talented girl, who just had a horrible experience with an older man. I mean.... It's a fanfic, you guys!! And that's the beauty of Nevertheless, all that provocative atmosphere where we don't know if main guy is falling in love or he is just playing with her. I bet we all read something like that, but we are y/n and the guy is someone famous πŸ˜…

King the land and See you in my 19th life came on Netflix in the same day of release and just with subtitles and the dubbed version was added later. Destined With You and Behind Your Touch come simultaneously also, but dubbed and with subtitles, Frankly Speaking is coming like that too. But Queen of Tears and the new one, The Atypical Family, is coming later no matter if dubbed or subtitled, so we need to avoid spoilers for some time πŸ˜…

Well, listen buddy, if this series was boring for you, then surely it's not your cup of tea. I binge-watched the…
I also loved Haein & Hyunwoo, loved auntie, loved Hyunwoo's parents and the reason it gets me bored I explained with a spoiler tag. It's a good show, like I said, I liked the first episodes so much but I wasn't hooked all through the journey but I finished and it was a good ending. And maybe "bored" is not the word (english wasn't my first language so maybe I could be confused), but what I mean is what I said in comment with spoiler tag. But it's so great you have a good time watching! πŸ€—

Title Queen of Tears Spoiler
I liked a lot in the beginning but throughout the episodes it gets me bored.
I hate hate haaaaate when the villains get all the winnings for so much time, I have to pause and watch later when Hyunwoo gets arrested and Eunsong was the one with Haein when she wakes up from surgery telling her all the lies he wants. And his mother character, I loved that actress so much in Perfect Marriage Revenge and in Queen of Tears she gets me so mad (praise to her, an excellent actress indeed but what a despicable character!!!).
