You could try watching and see? It might surprise you. 😉 The leads are really cute together.
It is not too heavy. I'd say this is a great depiction of what a 'rom-com' is / should be. You'll like it. The fluff is def there :) When it was airing, I was dying for each new episode. The anticipation was at its peak.
My fave season! I love how it didn't drag / get tedious. Why prolong with unnecessary drama? Very happy with the 8 episodes. I also adore the ost 'spotlight'. I loved all the renditions of it.
I enjoyed episode 2 and 3! Episode 4 was alright. It is still engaging and fun to watch. I just wish they tone down on the exaggerations a bit. It feels a bit too 'forced'? Also, there are way too many close shots of the main leads, it feels like a runway show. "Let's pause everything, the ml is walking in" lol
omg I don't want to get crucified for an unpopular opinion 😂 Mina and Subeen were my peak entertainment. They actually have chemistry. Everything got so convoluted.
Episode 2 was much better. I watched it without getting distracted. That's a good sign. I hope it slows down / settles in a bit more going forward. I get a feeling it will.
Solid first episode! Info overload to set up the story. I am glad that’s out of the way. I get a feeling the second episode will be great! I’m excited ✨
Also, KHY does such a good job immersing herself in these roles. To get the audience to forget your previous roles (roles where she was very memorable and iconic) is truly impressive.
I grew up near the Rockie mountains so I understand what you are feeling - it feels different, special.
That's so nice! That drive between Jasper and Banff is breathtaking. I need to visit Banff in winter. I wish traveling within Canada was easier. I am in Toronto.
Excited to see all the beautiful scenery. I've been to all the international spots they've filmed at. I never felt a sense of familiarity when I watched kdramas so this will be so nice!
I went in with zero expectations and ended up enjoying the first two episodes! Hopefully it continues to be enjoyable. The ml must've worked hard on his acting because he has improved a lot. Kudos to him.
Maybe an unpopular opinion but I love slow burns. It keeps me invested in the drama + makes the whole romance look believable. I tend to lose interest when couples get together early on and 'random' drama is thrown their way just to keep the episodes going. Slow burn >
