likely no, hi6 is typically filmed 3-4 weeks before the actual release date. for reference, bailu and wangxingyue filmed their episode January 12th, and it was released today, just in time for the airing of their show. since this show has a similar airing schedule, it would only make sense for them to have filmed the ep around the same time, but they were not seen filming it, so chances are, they will not be promoting on hi6. also, cheng lei’s studio has released his schedule for February and he will be filming the entire of this month, wangchuran has a similar schedule too. sadly this means we won’t get to see their interactions on hi6, but they’ve appeared on the same variety show before! wang chu ran was a guest on Run for Time 2025, the 31/5 episode and Cheng lei was one of the fixed emcees there
based on my experience with iqiyi, express package releases the night they pause the airing for a while before the last couple of eps. so in this case, if you check the schedule, it stops feb 18, so express is likely available that evening

i have seen spoilers from the novel, no the SML is not a transmigrator, he is just incredibly smart. he does not have the god’s eye view that the other main characters have because they have read the book, but he is soooooooo smart that it feels like a 3v1, yet winning him is still tough.

nope, this is their 4th collab, you can check this link for their shows together. wxy acted in song of youth when he was 17ish, but only played a bit role while bai lu played the main lead. one and only was their second collar, the story of kunning palace was their 3rd and this is their fourth! they’ve known each other for many years
i really appreciate how the stories have been related to the fate of women thus far, and am looking forward to the rest of the cases! think I will enjoy case 2 slightly more because I am already seeing the parallels with reality (the girls feel like scam victims and that is so common nowadays) it’s been a very entertaining watch, and I like the chemistry between the leads! i hope the scriptwriter keeps this standard for the rest of the show, because this might become another one of my comfort dramas! interesting cases + plot twists + slow burn romance is looking real good
the princess jumping reminded me of cui shi yi in one and only, and li peiyi holding the princess in her arms reminded me of you fang yin and jiang xue ning in the story of kunning palace. wasn’t expecting to see all the parallels in this show! familiar faces like jiang xue ning’s classmate and dad appeared in this show too! (other than zhang zhe that’s for sure!) as well as meng chang qin from feud! it’s nice to see bailu with them again :)

yep 7 cases in 34 eps, either it’ll be like what the other commenter guessed (the final case) or perhaps all the cases are linked together to form the actual truth (but the scriptwriter has to be really skilled to execute the second type of plot)
first thoughts: intro clip is pretty cute, the comic style visuals and illustration looks good too. it’s my first wcr drama and she is looking absolutely stunning! have watched the animation + short drama version of this show before, think this show will turn out well if it’s executed properly! have heard great things about the novel as well, ready to read it while waiting for the show! on a side note, I am very happy with this airing schedule, I can see the dates from the start to the end! pretty unexpected considering most shows like to release only 1-2 weeks of schedule at the start
