I m genuinely curious how come you think a corrupt official who does increasingly worse things to preserve his reputation(because of his greed and mostly because of that misguided, desperate need for his dad s approval) and a woman who might be seen as selfish or a hypocrite because of her actions (which, seen from different POVs,can become understandable), are more disgusting than a serial rapist and murderer who left even his brother to die cruelly. I get saying that you found siyeong and sunyeong more annoying/frustrating to watch or just hated them more than the killer, but saying they re more disgusting than that inhumane being? People always focus on siyeong s wrongdoings and how he s supposedly more twisted then the serial killer(!!!) or just as evil, but i rarely, if ever, see people blaming cha mu jin for all the pain/destruction he brought to the people around him. It s the first time i m seeing someone describe SY as being adorable:)) i m kind of at that point, too. I like a lot of things from this drama, the acting, the directing, but the thing i m most invested in after recent developments (the major spoilers that ruined the mystery and that i just didn t like...) is their dynamic. The chemistry is delicious and their relationship, while somehow twisted, is very compelling to watch. It seems like the drama wants us to focus on them, anyway;)

That ruined the viewing experience for me. I was just looking through the twitter tag and there it was, unfortunately. I don t think the ep should air somewhere sooner than it does in SK... it s unfair to the people involved in the production, actors, etc. At least the videos got deleted on tiktok...

Well, you ll see what i meant in a few days. I know everything you re saying, but i just disagree on some points. They made a really big deal about the identity of the real killer so far, with all the misleading, the red herrings, etc. That s why so many people keep trying to guess. They even used a few different actors for the scarecrow, to mislead viewers.
Anyway, probably the pace will change soon.
Now i m kind of regretting posting this. The thing is, i usually see people here being very up to date with spoilers, so i thought it was the same today. I didn t think it d be something most people aren t aware of.

I thought it was implied that he recognized him from the first moment... even when he was reading the file, PHS s acting made it seem like there was something personal in everything. At least, that s how it seemed to me.
Man, the identity of the killer (the guy in jail) turned out to be really underwhelming for me. And here I was hoping for some intricate character writing for the killer or just some interesting twist. Also, they used some cheap tricks, imo, to keep us guessing. And why use another actor for the scenes before the reveal? Or, at least, the voice of another actor. That being said, i still like the drama in general and I hope the next episodes will be enjoyable enough.
Plot twist: the prosecutor is the killer and they’re acting like total strangers just to mess with us. 😭

I feel the same. Even after they showed us SY in the present(?), I still can t shake the feeling that it s him. Everything feels like it s connected to the two of them. Also, that s definitely LHJ s voice (the actor who plays SY). The one who attacked SY and killed the 14 y.o. girl might be a copycat/different killer, Ki Beom s friend. But on the other hand, SY doesn t fit the serial killer s profile imo. Maybe he was framed by his brother or something:) We ll see...
