Late to the Reply Train... but I Don't Regret It
I've tried to finish this drama many times over the course of my drama-watching career. I always ended up dropping it after the first 5 episodes, but I think this drama came to me at a wonderful time. I am at a point in my life and in my youth where I am both overwhelmingly sad and overbearingly happy. The last four episodes of this drama were so well done and so emotional that it bumped the entire drama up to ten stars for me.
This drama feels like a warm hug telling you that the present is all you have. The love triangle was amazingly executed and did not leave me feeling uncomfortable like many do.
The interjections from grown up Deok Sun and Taek were perfectly placed and gave the drama a much more believable and nostalgic feel.
The second wedding scene has a choke hold on me. The five of them will never leave my heart. <3
