The grandmothers are hilarious! the male leads grandmother is such a hoot and she isn't fazed by the wealth or chaebol families. Yeo Ri's grandmother is normally subdued but even she got into the pit to pump up her grand daughter!
Thank you for your assessment! The character as it's written and it being a fantasy romcom is about him being empathetic, pursuing her, and not pushing her away after finding about her situation even though he got some of those unwanted abilities to see ghosts. It's not real life nor reality. His character comes across clumsy, not very suave, or sophisticated romantically and crushing on her pretty hard. It's part of the charm for some viewers. She is likeable and a sweet person but she also doesn't hesitate to draw her boundaries. There was the elevator scene where they were bickering after the night at the hotel fiasco, when she exited she bumped and pushed him out of the way pretty hard.
Thank you... i definitely don't want to see him as a ghost or sick... because it will really torment her
Yes the way she cried she had more than her guilt for causing his death. She cried as if she lost someone who connected with her, emphasized with her situation, and didn't avoid her when she has been alone with this for so long. I don't commend the writers for the abrupt if not unbelievable part of this but I do commend the writers and the actor for portraying the character!
It does feel a bit contrived with the scene where it turns out he's alive without a visible bruise or bandage along with clothes that didn't seem to match, it was made out like that as a sleight of hand to add to the suspense he's a ghost. The build up of the emotional intensity of the scene seemed disjointed.
However, it's a big relief he's alive and still fighting to develop his relationship with her. My personal opinion is I wouldn't want to see him as a ghost or in a coma but him appearing to her physically looking like he's didn't get hit by a car is a bit off. Perhaps it's arguable after he was resuscitated, he left despite being told by the hospital to stay so that he could find her and make sure she is ok.
Either way his character is likeable and relatable! I guess I will accept it is a fantasy romance haha. I thought the rest of ep 5 was funny and cute and they still executed well despite the forced suspense in the beginning. I still love the show so far ♥️.
Yasss! Albert asked her on a date and she is going to be the honey trap by going on the date. ♥️♥️ I almost lost hope even though the chances are slim.
I know the FL won't end up with Albert but in the back of my mind everytime they interact I'm like please let her like him back. She seems bring out some motivation in him at work. Albert is pretty cute too!!
Is the plot messy and chaotic or is the story line written pretty well and gives pretty good character development? I'm still wrapping up Ms Incognito so trying to decide if I want to start this too.
