I like watching BL and GL, because they tend to be more liberated from traditional gender norms, which cause me anger issues.
I'm partial to Thai BL, because I speak Thai (still have a long, long way to fluency) . I spent a year there as a volunteer teacher and loved it. Watching Thai series brings back so much memories.
Recently I decided to have another go with Japanese that I abandoned in the past, so now I also watch a lot of Japanese stuff to get exposure.
