I suspect they already finished the filming and in post production stage. In this case, it is hard to retake. Mostly after filming the talents will leave immediately and jump to filming another project.

Actually I don't mind 'no real kiss policy' or 'no kiss on screen' . It has been a practice in several countries. Doesn't really affect the plot. I am amazed that in C Dramaland Allen Ren has such position to bargain. He is a real deal now. I am just thinking the actresses out there that often has no power to avoid unnecessary scenes or forced to do unpleasant scenes (like steamy kiss, bed scenes etc). What was written on the scripts sometimes would be different when filming. Dilireba is undoubtedly a hard worker actress. She don't mind filming in harsh condition till get illness. But...I read somewhere when filming spin off of Eternal Love, Dilraba is offered to do an intimate scene / bed scene, which was she refused, while her opposite ML, agreed and even asked her to do it. Even though Dilraba has good relationship IRL with her ML, she still insisted not to do an intimate bed scene. Perhaps she felt really uncomfortable at that time. For A lister like Dilraba, it's easy for her to choose what suitable for her. What about less popular actresses out there...

Since the successful Eternal Love, she has been starring in many dramas as main lead, or at least has important role as supporting chara. There a few drama of her as supporting chara., like I said, must be filming in her early career. I think now her agency will pick only good projects for her. There are practices in C Drama Industry that every movies and drama that had been filming won't get released immediately after postproduction. There are many factors. It can take months or years to get released. The worst case, the movie or drama will never have a chance to get released at all. But don't worry, the casts and crews usually had been paid already.
