Yes, I agree. But there must be some agreement between Hulu (which is partly owned by Disney) and Viki. I subscribe to both Viki (USA) and Hulu (USA) and have seen dramas available on both sites (in my region).

Oddly enough, tonight (Feb 13) I found the first episode on Hulu (USA). And I'm not kidding.
