Can we watch it without watching previous seasons?
I assume so, but as I have not seen previous seasons I'm not certain. However, the cast is reportedly all new. So, perhaps similar in concept but new cast.

I really don't know if it will be on Netflix. Maybe on Netflix outside of the Americas, but that is only a GUESS. I have seen some content (in the USA) originally on Viki available on Netflix at a later date. "Flower of Evil", "My ID is Gangham Beauty", "My Secret Romance" are just a few examples.
