Not really sure. But I don't think KOCOWA would get an ENA drama.
I think they primarily have KBS, MBC, SBS, and Wavve dramas. But I suppose that is subject to change.
Once it's scheduled on Viki we should know if it will require Viki Pass.

According to Marcus here! "Blossoms Shanghai" (which was announced in August 2020) is still in the middle of filming. Marcus speculates they are in the process of re-shoots, which is not uncommon in dramas.
