No, not yet. It's only released in Asian countries so far, on different channels, in Japan, India and Thailand.

The subtitles everywhere are only auto-generated. It's not released internationally and not translated in English.
Maybe because it's not that popular they don't rush to translate it. A lot of smaller films and shows only translated to other languages thanks to the actors fanclubs.

It's advertised as youth romance, but the only character who acts like a young teen is Grand Prince Hwa Seong. The male lead is not much of a playboy to label him that and half of the characters' relationships and storylines are not developed. Even the actors expressed regrets that they didn't have scenes together.
