exactly... which is why I dislike it. mmdb wasn't a romance or a bl so I don't approve
both would still be my opinion on this show, and i don't actually dislike this show as a whole, just this "straight turned gay" trope which i both dislike and disapprove of, meaning i don't want shows to keep using this trope.

i didn't claim anyone's approval, just gave my unasked opinion on some things, just like you did.

Yin's character is a flirt, he'll flirt with anything that moves. Did you see how he also flirted with the future…
I did see that as well but I still prefer and like gay characters. if he had mentioned guys as well it would've been a different thing but he only mentioned women.

It’s just to show that he’s straight.
i don't view it that way. i think a part of why this trope exists is so the fangirls can imagine themselves with the guys (and most of them seem to like these kind "straight" or bi guys). as a homosexual i view this as disrespect, like you could "turn" someone. (i know it's not that deep but it's 2026, just make them gay and have them not be into each other's "types" and it's the same)

yes, "straight turned gay" is such an old and overused trope. I hate it.

i do dislike the fact that thiar is a player and very interested in girls... this is 2026, they can leave this trope behind

It was never even in novel so how do you think? In series they'll add
which official page? if you scroll up on this current page to the genre section, there used to be supernatural there as well. so if this is the official page... it was on the official page as well

i'm not even taking it that seriously, that was literally the one thing i had to complain about, other than that, i wouldn't change anything... but i will respond to people and they could just ignore me if they dislike my view.

what? you are telling me bl is supposed to be realistic? no douching, no prep, no lube, no talk of sexual orientation (usually), everyone accepting them and not even batting an eye when someone dates a man (usually).... and this show has creatures that can't die (easily at least) so no, bl is not realistic

and when did bl resemble real life? it's bl, not a "queer" or gay show, it's not meant to be realistic.
