What an awful story that made little to no sense. We had a love triangle, a guy named Kevin who couldn't communicate with his own wife, rules of the world that was built that were constantly changed and/or broken. Watched 14 episodes by skipping a lot of 2nd FL and her 2 guy s story. I don't even care how it ended. Worst drama I've seen in quite awhile.
When I looked into the History behind the events surrounding this drama, I can now understand why there was so much uproar about this show, it makes the ANSP agents who were brutal look sympathetic. This is just an awful drama and I feel for the Korean survivors of the the 1987 uprising for Democracy and their families that this crap was allowed to air.
What was the point of showing that Koo Yeon Jun was gay and had feelings for his friend who was in a car accident when his body was taken over by Nam Si Heon and he is never mentioned again?
I absolutely loved this drama. The ML and FL had such amazing chemistry...but that ending.
1, Of course she was pregnant 2. Of course the son's power is to bring things/people back from the Past 3. Not sure how the son located his father since he never met him.
People love happy endings and we wanted to see them end up together but in this case if they had chopped off the last 5 min , I think the show would have been almost perfect. They were happy. He sacrificed himself TWICE for her.
Finally watched it!! What an absolute masterpiece of a movie. Kim Ta Rie is amazing as always as was Kim Min Hee. Superb acting all around. Somehow, I hadn't heard how graphic the sex was which, coming from KDramas, shocked me quite a bit, lol. After watching 2521, seeing Kim Ta Rie naked was a bit strange but she's so beautiful, of course. Gave it a 9.5 but it's as close to a 10 as any movie I've seen in a long time.
Ok, I'll buy the ending. Really dark and twisted BUT: Does no one get suspicious that people keep disappearing around this house, INCLUDING A COP? I mean the Mother was seen by the other cops when she went looking for her daughter and Husband in 1999.
She's got knife skills but is she supposed to Michael Myers or something?
Good fight scenes, nice bromance , weak story that really makes so little sense if you give it a few minutes of thought plus so many dumb decisions by characters. Still a fun watch.
Only 2 episodes in on Season 1 and wow...this show terrifies me. Not the monsters. The people. (Some of whom are monsters) Seeing the Detective's daughters face curve into a smile as the man is being burned alive is something that will stay with me for awhile.
I'm really enjoying the show but "killing" off the lead character when we all knew she would be back when something was changed in the Past was kind of cheap and didn't pack any emotional punch. Wasn't needed, imo.
