Both Xingyue & Xu RuoHan are well known face why are they waiting for other drama buzz to air this? ,they already completed promotions & it will be airing soon ,if airing delays these promotions goes waste bcz of gaps & in c-ent on what basis drama airing works who finishes filming first or based on agency connections?

POJ is overrated ,still couldn't finish that story ,too many slow motion , story was dragged too much & felt like it was made for tiktok edits, even though i felt their were few flaws in TRTS i would still prefer it Fl ,ML & all actors did such a good job & The cinematography is top-notch ,u can feel good efforts from all departments.

Agree , she lost her mother & evil father was killed & ml didn't even explain to her. it's true Fl asked him to join politics first but her only purpose was to get new identity for both & protect him & asen from goons. she never asked him to blindly follow king . now she asking to slow down but Zhao Ling is not ready ,his reason is to protect his people. Instead he is hurting his own people.even they couldn't protect FL's mother. I know he had no choice but how can FL trust him when he keeps hiding all matters. this pattern is common most people like FL part in drama only till she support & stand behind Ml blindly.

This series started with such a bang ,i thought it will be my first historic drama to finish till end without skipping any part, but after ep 25 it just went downhill. they really did good job with all female characters ,styling, story ( u can relate & understand all of them ) but with ml & other characters makeup is bit let down , yuxi is good actor he could have showed he is in sad phase without that beard & mustache( it looks bit funny even in serious scenes) . i could understand & liked Zhao Ling's carefree stage but after entering politics i really thought his role will become powerfull n smart but didn't see much story growth properly . now it feels like they are just dragging to fill episodes . couple has chemistry but story didn't do justice to them both understand each other but never on same page with issues ,no happy phase at all. now after angst i know it will suddenly endup with happy simple family but flow is bit missing .

only wang xingyue is finalized from this list. rest all are false i guess.

true, both actors n other cast did such a good job , hope alc team & some overprotective fans won't spoil it.

ALC team management looks very messy ,script getting leaked just after wrapping up.

current poster is teen age time , they have story from teen to adult so both leads will have another diff mature look.

Deng enxi is such an versatile actress for such an young age. very talented ,have a bright future. , perfect casting and powerful acting, all characters played brilliantly. hope xu kai takes good projects like this more ,it shows his strength . xu kai and enxi has a good chemistry both can act well with eyes .

true even i like novel actors are doing good based on bts , hope director don't change story too much especially tatoo & silver ring part. yes hope for the best!!

i have seen both actors previous work ,i feel enxi is very versatile actor specially emotional scenes , while reading novel 2nd time actually could image her has xu sui like it explained in novel like almond eyes, proclein color, shy girl. agree look wise xingyue is very handsome i liked him in all historic dramas but in modern he felt too stiff , may be he was too young tht time. but seeing bts videos felt like pairing has very natural chemistry.

it always happen when we read novel first even i thought xingyue might look too stiff for role but seeing behind the scenes both look perfect , talented actors & amazing chemistry(which is more imp) .
