Just finished... and basically I had three phases.
First, it was a mid start but I could see the potential of the leads and as a JBR fan I decided to give it a go. Then, I was a bit overwhelmed by how much the criminal theme was overpowering the romance and some of the couple's relationship... But I'm glad I continued from there because wow the main plot was so so engaging and interesting. The relationship is a slow growth but it's a more realistic progression than dramas usually portray. The ending had me pleased :) Though, of course, we could have all used some more romantic action lol oh well
The villain wow! My first time seeing him act, but his portrayal was phenomenal. Even the hair, which some compare to being lady-like, added to his persona.
Can anyone tell me the overall romance here? Just finished episode one and I kinda don’t like the romance. I…
well if romance is your #1 genre, as in more important than crime and thriller-vibes, then yes you should drop it. The romance is there and quite cute but it is slow paced and definitely not the main genre. I do almost always prioritize romance also but I found the crime aspect of this quite interesting as well.
no they just relesed articles and such that they were going to go into production soon.... but it's been so long at this point im thinking they scrapped it
No and then yes. Kinda no but rekindle at the very end
damn whaaatt.... i saw a slight spoiler-like clip of our FL so I was hoping it would be happy, but as long as in the end it's a HE I guess that's fine hahah thanks
IT'S BEEN A WHOLE YEAR SINCE THEY ANNOUNCED A SEQUEL/KOREAN REMAKE Apprently production was supposed to start in the summer of 2025 but there has been no news yet like whattt
Randomly came across this on youtube... Idk how to feel I really was in awe of his acting and all... and I really like how this was NOT cliche like your typical vertical dramas at all. But at the same time, I watch verticals to be immersed in the giddiness of it all It's bittersweet I guess. Though I must say I was holding on to hope til the end...
This was quite a fun and easy watch. Not the typical cliche vertical drama, and the actresses were so fun to watch as best friends. They didn't focus enough on the second couple though :'(
I'm on episode 7why are you stuck? is it getting boring?
ok yes i was just goin to mention POJ but stopped myself bc some ppl get annoyed when you compare dramas. But yes, my withdrawal symptoms from our XieZheng/ChangYu couple are still in effect. hahaha i started this drama to get over it but it's not rlly doing its job! YET hahahaha Im also planning on watching veil of shadows
