that is not true. CBL cant be airing in China, they don't pass the tribunal because they're banned. The production is made outside China to being able to air that is why their budget is not that big. they're popular I China because people watch though a VPN, not because it is allowed to air there.

I think ABO was like the second drama of this new wave after revenged love and it was the only CBL the Chinese platforms try to air. It didn't worked that is why I'm so surprised youku is trying again. maybe being from Hong Kong change things, let's hope it is that 😅😅😅😅

ABO was produced in Taiwan. a CBL cant be produced in mainland China or it will be banned by the government. the loophole to make this dramas was the production outside China. if you go to gagaoolala is listed as Taiwanese drama. But all the actors are Chinese, that is why all the Chinese platforms end up taking it down.

The Youku airing could be a problem in the future, yes is on the international app but same thing happened with ABO Desire and it was out of the platform 2 weeks after the start of the drama.

This is still a CBL even if it is from Hong Kong so lets hope gaga or viki pick it up 🤞🤞🤞🤞

What a great review! I agree basically with everything, specially the cinematography is amazing for me and gets even better in the second season.

The pouch of bitter after...during the drama i always feeled it wasn't the first time he try it when pretending to be the other guy, sometimes it looked like it remind him of something.

My mind is in the idea he maybe have a brother we don't know about. Let's see if we end up knowing lol.

I loved the drama but i want to comment something:

I don't think the guy in the special is Huai'an. They trying to trick us into believing that but I don't think so:

-Cen wei zong said "it is been 15 years since I was here" it implied the guy have been there for a lot of time. He also said "he left you this message" implying the message came from Huai'An.

-it doesn't make sense he is in prison since no one knows he is alive.

I feel is someone that could be the ML in the next season if it happens but I also don't think this special is necessary tbh.

I agree so much with this review! specially in the part about Lee Gang Hun being one of the more interesting characters. He and his father was, for me, the more interesting family of the three and we didn't get barely anything of them 😞😞😞
