Is it heartless of me to say I wanted more suffering? 😭 Because this was a 10/10 drama for me. It made me cry, and when I say cry, I mean I cried like I never have before. 😭
There were definitely some parts where the pacing felt a little too fast, but honestly, I’m willing to ignore that because this drama GAVE me everything emotionally. The angst, the pain, the emotions… I was suffering right along with them.
And yes, after all that, somehow I still wanted MORE suffering. Maybe I’m the problem. 😭

favourite is definitely him bending to be her step to her carriage not once but twice and least was definitely them having conflict between themselves over court matters

She doesn’t treat her son as someone to love and treasure, but as a pillar that secures her position in the family.She didn’t love her husband for who he was; she loved the power and status his family gave her. He defended her against his mother multiple times because he genuinely cared for her, only to eventually discover her true face. And as a daughter, she even sold the precious collections her father gave her just to appease those women.I absolutely hate both of them and this entire family. They’re all equally awful.And the mother-in-law suddenly saying, “At the end of the day, we’re all women” where was that woman-to-woman sympathy when the female lead was being called shameless and targeted? Where was it then? or where is it for fl now when she is Hella bent on destroying them

i can't take bai shu seriously after TLOFG he was too funny and delulu there so when they were showing him as some mysterious power i was soo curious to see who is he? but the moment i saw his face it's like power ballon poped
