So far, so good

A quarter of the way through and this Drama shows a nice sense of self-awareness. It knows the Chaebol-Cinderlla trope has been done to death, so it doesn't take itself too seriously. Ahn Se Ha's EXCELLENT role and performance critical in injecting that self-deprecating humour into the show. I hope it keeps this up

A promising start

A lot to like about the first episode, I hope it stays this srong. Quite different from most K Dramas, and that's no bad thing. Such a delight to see Kim Sung Kyun in a main role again. None of his works after Reply 1994 have been my taste, so I'm enjoying seeing him again after so long.

More Ick!

I committed to watching at least 4 episodes of this Drama because of all the glowing reviews, but episode 3 was more hard work. More sneaky, stalkerish manipulation from the allegedly sociophobic ML. More of the "god male saves uses female" complex and at the very end, throw in the "guilt trip clumsy FL for hurting well-meaning ML". All of this is predicated on the "Kindergarten Kismet" trope that they have built the drama around, and it's aa great example of why I hate that trope.

Creepy, not Cute

It's only episode 2, but the ML's behaviour in this one was creepy, not cute. It was also out of character for someone with severe social phobia, as he's supposed to have. It was icky and disturbing that he touched her head not only without her consent but AFTER she had explictly said "no" when he had asked. It was borderline stalkerish when he 'stole' her QQ number and then pretended to be the intended recipient. If the Drama doesn't get better by epes 4-5, I'll be dropping, I think.
