A few days ago I saw a post on "X" talking about a crippled man and schizophrenic woman and I was so confused but after seeing the trailer, it makes so much sense. I think this new addition will makd for a good fun mix.

Oh yeah. When I first realized there were 400 chapters, I knew there would definitely be lots of changes or else it'd be split into 2 like you said. But it does look like thats the change they gave to Ye Li and I think it'd be a cool take to see in the drama.

That's what I was thinking too but I only read up to Ch.100 so i thought I might have missed out on some further details. Especially the part about Qing Shuang in the trailer. I do hope we get the proper romance because I thought it was nice how they gradually got closer to each other.
I'm still not used to "The First Jasmine" as the title but the trailer was much darker than I expected. I'm hoping we get a lighter trailer that highlights more of Ye Li and XiuYao's relationship. If not, I'm ready for the show and angst they're bringing in! I only read up to Chapter 100 and I liked the development of our leads after marriage but I'm curious to see the route the drama will take for our leads.
I'm just still in disbelief we're finally getting this one. 😭😭I love Leizi and LuLu
Plus, I can't believe it's officially here!! I'm so excited to see how Ding Yuxi and Song Zuer are going to bring their unique skills to blend together for chemistry.
I FINALLY got to finish the drama and though I do have a lot to say about the whole Men in Black ordeal and the ending in itself, the musical was not expected at all. LOL! I find it cute but also so random. I'm just glad we got to hear ZYR sing his solo. Overall, The Jianghu is mostly at peace like everyone wished for and this may have not been the best but I'm just happy to say I made it to the end.

You are such a saint! I understood the explanation until the part about LCN and then it got foggy afterwards. I was so heart broken for them after seeing the altercation go down. I need a redemption drama for Li Yunrui and Wan Peng lol.
Erm...who is Lu Chengnan again? Guys this is the first drama where I still don't fully know who is who even up…
We never saw who he was I think? But he was supposed to be right hand man of Nie Heng Cheng but he ran off with the Jade Sunflower. He's the body in the coffin that MQY, Cai Zhao, and Song Yuzhi found in the cave.

Thanks! After I made my comment, I went to watch the scene again and finally connected it. I think the wording just threw me off. But I guess in the end MZY still favored power despite planning to wait for NHC to die from going insane which is why the Aunt was disappointed.
For anyone who has watched any other Zhou Yi Ran dramas, which ones do you recommend?
I also HIGHLY recommend 12 Letters but like many said, prepare the tissues because it will definitely break you. It's such a touching slice of life drama.
I am done with all ep. and I am satisfied with how it wrapped up. Actually like the pace for the last 4 ep. Plotholes…
Dragging the plot for the man in black is probably my biggest gripe. I haven't finished the latest episodes yet but it makes me cringe having to sit and watch all of their plans and discussions when we know exactly who it is.
I'm happy but also sad that we're finally at the end. I loved Mu Qingyan and Cai Zhao, even when they were frustrating…
Same here! I loved that they were strong in their own ways to help one another realize the different side of things they both couldn't before. Mu Qingyan was definitely a character I enjoyed watching ZYR play. I've seen most of his works and this shameless one might be one of my favorites.
