From Survivor to Healer is a Chinese medical drama about the lives of the staff at the psychiatry/psychology department, and the love story between the psychiatrist Yan Shu Ren and psychologist Sun Shu. This drama discussed workplace politics, and mental illness. I liked that this drama didn't portray the doctors as perfect humans because in reality, no one is perfect. The cast was great at portraying their roles. The soundtrack was nothing special; it wasn't bad but it wasn't the best that I have heard. Overall, I quite enjoyed this drama and would recommend it.

The Untamed is a Chinese wuxia drama that is based on the BL novel Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation. If you were searching for BL in this drama then you will be sorely disappointed because there is no BL in it but there is bromance in it (and it is adorable). Since I haven't read the novel that this drama is based on, I'm not going to be comparing the two in this review. The story is about the life of Wei Wuxian, his relationships with the people around him, and the differences between the good and the evil. The cast was great, and had great chemistry with each other. The soundtrack was beautiful (and gave me an eargasm), and it fit the drama very well. I liked this drama and I would totally recommend it.

Search: WWW is a Korean slice-of-life office drama about three competitive independent career women working in the IT industry. They prioritize their career before romance, and show that they don't need a man to be successful and happy with their lives. There is romance in this drama but I'm not too interested in the romance aspect in this drama. This drama also discusses corruption in the IT industry and data manipulation. My favourite character in this drama is without a doubt the badass Scarlet; she can kickass ;D. The cast did a great job in playing their characters and the soundtrack was good. I would recommend this drama.

The Nokdu Flower is not the typical Korean palace saguek drama. There is romance in this drama but it's not the main story line. The Nokdu Flower is set during The Donghak Peasant Revolution, and it is about two half brothers that end up on opposite sides during the rebellion. Baek Yi Hyun (played by Yoon Shi Toon) is the naive legitimate first son of a wealthy local government official, and Baek Yi Kang (played by Jo Jung Suk) is his illegitimate half brother. Yi Hyun has always had things handed to him while Yi Kang knows the harsh realities of the world. The cast in this drama played their characters amazingly well. The soundtrack of this drama is awesome. This drama introduced me to a great classical k-pop boy group called Forestella that everyone should check out. Overall, I would definitely recommend this drama.

Just Between Lovers is about two people who were in a major tragic accident together when they were children. In the accident, a shopping mall collapse, Lee Gang Doo sustained a serious injury that dashed his dreams of becoming a soccer player and Ha Moon Soo lost her younger sister who was also in the building with her. Years later, Gang Doo fights through both emotional and physical pain, and lives roughly; struggling to support his younger sister and to pay back debt. Moon Soo is still plagued by nightmares. Just Between Lovers is about the story of them meeting during a construction project at the accident site, them confronting their trauma, and moving forward in their lives. The cast bought their characters to life and made us feel their sadness with them. The soundtrack is great and fits the atmosphere of the drama very well. This is a depressing but fantastic drama that I would definitely recommend.

I'm going to say this first. Comparing Nirvana in Fire 2 to the first Nirvana in Fire drama is pretty useless because their stories are entirely different. Nirvana in Fire 2 is a story of about family, morals and loyalty while Nirvana in Fire 1 was a revenge and redemption story with lots of twists and complex palace schemes. Both dramas are great in their own way, and they both have their pros and cons. Nirvana in Fire 2 is about the story about the family of the general of the Changlin Army. The drama follows the family through the ups and downs that they face.

The cast in this drama was great. I loved the familial bonds that the Changlin family had; they loved, respected and protected each other. I loved the brotherly bond between the main character Xiao Pingjing and his older brother Xiao Pingzhang. Although they never really kissed on screen, the chemistry between Pingzhang and his wife Qianxue was beautiful (I totally shipped them). Xiao Tingsheng was a kind but strict father to both his sons.

Personally, I liked the soundtrack in Nirvana in Fire 1 more but the soundtrack in Nirvana in Fire 2 is great as well and it fit the drama.

You can watch Nirvana in Fire 2 by itself but I would recommend you watch Nirvana in Fire 1 first so you can understand the little details in Nirvana in Fire 2. I love both Nirvana in Fire 1 and Nirvana in Fire 2. I really can't say more about the story of Nirvana in Fire 2 or else I will spoil it.

The Korean drama Jang Ok Jung is the about the romance of King Sukjong and one of his most well-known concubines Jang Hui Bin. This story is also about the power struggles of the inner palace. This drama portrayed a different side to her compared to other dramas, movies and written history who often portray her as a villain. The cast played their characters very well, and the main leads had great chemistry each other. The soundtrack was also good and fit the drama well. The costumes were made very beautifully especially Jang Ok Jung's. I would recommend this drama.

Remember: War of the Son is a law, crime and revenge Korean drama. It is a story about Seo Jin Woo who has hyperthymesia who uses his abilities to exonerate his father who has been wrongfully accused of murder and sentenced to death. The drama explores the corruption of the justice system and the rich abusing their power. The cast played their characters very well especially Nam Goong Min who played the villain of the story Nam Gyu Man the rich sadistic president of Ilho Group. The character of Nam Gyu Man was evil and I really hated him. The soundtrack of this drama was good and it fit the drama. Overall Remember: War of the Son was a good drama .

I love this K-drama so much that I managed to finish watching all of the episodes in one sitting. The plot is interesting and unique. The cast was amazing. The male lead was a bit of an ass but I could deal with that. The female lead is not a strong character but who said that every drama needed one. The soundtrack was also great. As an EXO-L, I originally watched this drama for Chanyeol oppa (who plays Sejoo) and the plot but at the end I stayed for the amazing story. Memories of Alhambra is fantasy, sci-fi and romance drama that I would recommend to both gamers and non-gamers.

It took me quite a while for me to finally decide to watch Age of Youth and I do not regret watching it. Age of Youth is Korean coming-of-age and slice-of-life drama about five girls in their twenties living together in a house. The reason why I took so long into deciding if whether I wanted to watch it is because this is not the usual type of drama that I usually like to watch (even though I am a 20-something year old girl). As I watched this drama, I have come to love it. The characters are not perfect but that is what makes them so relateable. They are also different from each other; have different stories, skills, personalities and interests. The cast was perfect and the music was great. It also has a high re-watch value because it is interesting enough for me to want to watch it again and it's not too long.

Hotel Del Luna is about Korean supernatural drama about the staff of a hotel for ghosts. All of the staff members of the hotel are also ghosts except for the new manager Goo Chan Sung, and each ghost staff member has a tragic past and has something that is keeping them from moving on. The drama follows their every day life. The ghosts' have interesting stories. The cast did a great job pulling off their characters. The soundtrack was good and fit the drama very well. It's a good Halloween drama for people who don't like watching horror.

Goodbye My Princess is a Chinese historical romance tragedy drama adapted from Fei Wo Si Cun's novel of the same name. It is about the tragic romance of Princess Xiao Feng of Western Liang and Crown Prince Chengyin of the Central Plains who got married to each other due to marriage alliance between the two countries. There are many themes explored in this drama: love, growth, duty to one's country, betrayal, the cruelty of love, and revenge. The cast was amazing at playing their characters. There was amazing chemistry between the lead characters. None of the characters were dull not even the side characters. The drama was a perfect length to develop the characters and to develop the story so that you would get attached to the characters. The ending nearly brought tears to my eyes. The soundtrack was great and fit the drama very well. The costumes are also gorgeous. Overall, I would recommend this drama.

Eagles and Youngster is a Chinese drama adapted from a novel that has a simple uncomplicated but good plot. It is about a group made up of a young city guy, a pair of siblings from a rural hunting village and a team of young government researchers who go on a journey to stop bad people from stealing national treasure. The cast is young (and makes me feel old) but good. The chemistry between Zhang Baoqing and Cai Gua is adorable. The soundtrack is also good and fits the drama. Even though the drama was predictable and at some parts you kind of had to turn off your brain, it was still a pretty good adventure drama. If you were looking for an interesting PG level adventure drama where you didn't have to do much thinking, I would recommend you watch this drama. If you were looking for a romantic drama with lots of skinship, unfortunately you won't find it here. I hope this drama has a second season or something to conclude the ending because the last episode of this drama did end with a cliffhanger.

Doctor John is a Korean medical drama based on the Japanese novel "On Hand of God" by Yo Kusakabe. This drama discusses the controversial topic of euthanasia; displaying arguements from all sides. This drama is about a talented anesthesiologist who spent three years in prison for performing euthanasia on a dying patient whose pain he couldn't reduce. a second year resident of anesthesiology who took a break after she was unable to save her father in an accident, and the lives of the doctors in the hospital anesthesiology department. The cast played their characters very well and the soundtrack fit the drama well. I would recommend this drama to a more mature audience.

Gank Your Heart is a Chinese drama about the trending E Sport Industry. This drama is about a Chinese professional gamer who dreams of winning the first place trophy at the international championships with his team, and a live streamer. The story follows the professional gamer's journey to becoming a champion, and the live streamer's realization of her dream of becoming a professional gaming commentary. At first, I thought the live streamer and her reporter friend was kinda annoying. They did not know the definition of privacy at all but they became less annoying as the story went forward. The cast did a good job in playing their characters, and I loved the soundtrack. Overall, I would recommend this drama regardless of whether you are a gamer or not. I'm not much of gamer myself but I still enjoyed watching it.
