The bickering is only at the end when the FL became frustrated. Before that is more on the reaction of the ML due to his situation and the incidents leading to it. You can probably still catch episodes 15 (and maybe 16) just to be attached to the story... that is if you are still planning to finish it.

My sentiment exactly, it's like constipation, so frustrating.

I also don't like those when they don't contact each other for a very long time. You are in the same country and you like each other - I think it is more difficult to not go find each other.

I didn't watch the drama but I liked the Thai movie.

The incidents leading to the ML acting cold to the FL in the beginning is still okay but then more was added that it became draggy.

So the FL repeated for one year and was confiding with her senior that she finds it so difficult to catch up to the ML and all these while she thought she can manage with hard work. ML overheard and left quietly (he came back specially from University to find her). So he started to act coldly but came back again during the "End of the world day" to release fireworks as FL that mentioned. However, at that moment ML received a phonecall that his father got hospitalised so he left before FL could find him.

Still okay at this point.

In university, ML got favored but a professor who is a friend of his father. However a toxic rival got jealous and posted online that ML's father got into trouble for plagiarism. ML punched that rival and in the process injured a girl who is interested in him. ML had to send the girl to the medical center and FL spotted them (FL went to university to find the ML) and left brokenhearted. ML got penalized.

Then we fast forward to the part when FL managed to get into the university. And we realised ML had to work odd jobs to provide for the family and father's hospital bills - so he thinks he can't take care of the FL thus the cold treatment.

FL is relentless and got into the same research lab as ML. ML wanted FL not to make choices just because of him. Then the same ppl got into work again. ML toxic rival told FL that ML told the professor that she is not suitable to be in the research lab and that ML will not give up going overseas for her. The same girl (who was injured) took away some chocolates that FL gave ML and FL was furious. Then the FL from hometown started to appear like a stalker - driving a Lexus and able to find the FL not matter where she goes. In one scene the senior confronted ML, ML said something and FL overheard and got even angrier and didn't want anything to do with the ML.

Can you see the pattern? gosh...

It is not as bad as I sounded probably - but I didn't like it. It's like things are looking good and bam! some incident suddenly happened or some toxic idiot sabotaged. Initially it was okay as it seemed to clear quite quickly but it kept happening that became too draggy.

Yes he had a change of hairstyle but his mannerisms are the same. :)

The ML and the senior? The senior told the ML he likes the FL and told him to stay away from her as he hurt her alot. He told the senior it's none of his business and the senior said FL parents told him to take care of her blah blah blah... ended with the ML saying he and FL will be together forever.

Sweet teeth is okay if you can tolerate some annoying characters. That is another super ML there.

Basically when he chased her after she heard the conversation with the senior, she told him that he only wanted her now because he is used to her chasing him around. And now she is tired of how he is acting now (him telling the prof she is not suitable for the research and the chocolate incident) and doesn't want to see him again.

I watched the raw. :)

Probably next week if they release the episodes like this week.

Was pleasantly surprised when I saw episode 15-18 released as I thought get to watch them only next week based on MDL.

Now I am amazed how they condensed all the "coincidence leading to misunderstandings", "love rival suddenly keep appearing" and "I am not good enough" tropes in these 4 episodes. Add in some toxic characters.

By episode 18 I was just cursing and swearing at all the draggy angst. What a waste of the previous episodes, what a waste of my ML... I know growing up is part and parcel but it just too drastic and deliberate.

Sad... but the ending of ep. 18 is interesting though. :)

Anyway nice to see the bestie of the ML from "Summer Again" though not credited here... he is funny as usual. Teresa Li from "Truth or Dare" I see her credited but I didn't spot her?

I just watched episodes 15-18. Majorly disappointed

I didn't think much of it initially until I read the comments here... then I noticed it.

Oh the friend is loud and super irritating... at least until episode 11 which I am at now.

Almost every scene with her, she announces her presence with a loud and whiny "Haiyaaaa"... I just wanna close the streaming app...
