I was so sure I am not the only one, and confirmed that when I read the comments. I skip their scenes as well. Whoever wrote these characters is abnormal, it isn't even funny if that is what they are trying to portray. I just wanna slap them looking at the faces when they thought what they did is acceptable.

Still watching only because of the leads who are so funny. The other characters (including the AI one) are mostly irritating especially the stalker guy and his parents who disregard others personal space and privacy; and the bestie who repeatedly creates a commotion at other people's workplace... it is not even childish, it is more like low EQ and IQ.

They are really funny, especially the cocky and childish ML... FL is so naive, so cute that you wanna tease her just to see her reaction.

Episode 1 is tough to watch for me, episode 2 is just ok... 3 and 4 are quite fun when the weird characters are out of the picture.

Binge-watched all 4 episodes last evening. Really like the leads, they are so funny! Different from the usual trope when the leads hate each other to the core in the beginning... here they are just acting like squabbling siblings ATM, so childish but fun. The other characters didn't interest me though. And now I read that the ex is AI-ed, explains why he looked/behaved really weird.

I just wished they didn't do the "closed eyes store power defeat your opponent in one stroke" thingy. This is so power rangers cringe...

Not sure if this is what you meant, but I think the Ultraman style one final stroke (where he closes his eyes) to defeat the opponents is quite cringe...

I think the guy's hair are bad... is flat hair a thing in Korea now?

I enjoyed it but have to agree with the part on the neighborhood gossip and trivial street life, just a bit too much of that.

Watched this yesterday on Netflix... didn't know it is going to be sad ending until the part when he mentioned about his health to Ji Min, then I realised I read about the Japanese version which I didn't watch (as I knew it is sad ending). Anyway, still a good watch and now I am going to watch the Japanese version next.

Starry Love is bad for me but this is good. I like dramas that the leads feel good about each other from the start, or the FL fangirling about the ML, just like You Are My Glory... instead of the enemies turned lovers trope. Not so much angst, just 暧昧

Not to blame either of them. ML is right to reject. FL reaction is just too good to be true. FL seemed to misread from a 3rd party point of view. She only realised only when she got rejected. ML should just leave after the dinner and not stay behind in a romantic setting for things to happen.

Her reactions to be "rejected" is actually too good to be true, perhaps due to her character... someone who chose to accept it even when she got walked out during a wedding (which is worse). However, it is not right that one should accept of it based on character. ML is just lucky she is who she is... by rejecting a kiss defeats the purpose that he wanted her to be worry free, no?

In real life you won't find such a girl. If I try to kiss someone that I think feeling are mutual and he/she backs off, I will feel really offended, no matter whether he/she is having the worst day of the life. She is just too cool about it, it doesn't matter whether he is her god or what, I will just feel he is not interested in me.

TBH she is a girl who couldn't even see through an AH who bailed out on a wedding day. She is just so clumsy and straightforward, always tripping and being too honest which draws ppl to her. I won't blame her for not catching that something is off with ZY, cos he has been aloof in front of her but doing nice things in the background.

Drama last episodes teaching dudes (good or bad) stuff you shouldn't do -

(1) Refuse a kiss from a girl you like cos you feel conflicted. In real life she will ban you indefinitely.

(2) Bring home loot from your illegal gatherings. Leaving traces from wrongdoings, somemore stupidly present it as an anniversary gift. Asking for it, no sympathy for stupidity. Wife not asking for anything more, your own ego thinking you must do well and crossed the boundary.
