Just because he may like the religious symbols and trappings of Catholicism doesn't mean he knows anything about the religion. Buddhists don't have to take a vow of celibacy but you do when you enter the priesthood even as a seminarian. Everything i have seen/heard is that this is an entirely fictional story and not based on a real life experience.

If I recall, his personal story is that he boosted Italy and was fascinated by the Catholic Church. At least that's what I recall from the GMMTV YT video. So unless he's a practicing Catholic with first hand lnowledge/experience with the priesyhood, then the series will be pure fiction and am inaccurate portrayal of catholicism. The vow of celibacy is not a trivial subject matter.

Just started binge watching this one. Great series.

After just one Ep, I must say this is the most well acted and highest production value series ever from Domundi.

I didn't know Kim Seon Ho could grow facial hair. I almost didn't recognize him. Lol

I agree about Gemini Fourth completely. They were fantastic in My School President. Speaking of them, I am not looking forward to Ticket to Heaven. GMM should be producing a Buddhist monk BL first before using one of Thailand's minority religions as their subject matter. Buddhism is the majority religion in Thailand and something they know and audiences can relate to. I don't think GMM can produce a respectful and accurate representation and risks only creating/increasing misunderstanding of a minority religion in Thailand.

This series has been a snooze. Mark is doing a good job with the unrequited love but I don't feel any chemistry with Ohm. Is it just the poor script writing?

This show /characters are a little too over the top /extra for me. I couldn't make it past the first half of Ep 1. Will give it another chance when the series is over.

I wish Light on Me had the same production budget this series did.

I didn't read the manhwa so I am not angered by the adaptation but I definitely wish it was more focused on the gay charcuters like Light On Me.

I am so sick of the truck trope in KDramas.

Ugh. They are dragging this out to the last episode and probably the last 5 minutes. Lol.
