This drama is beauty, elegance, poetry, class, with dialogues so poetic, fitting and meaningful. When all these values are put together and a good ending is delivered, we audience should not, cannot ask for more. I am going to re-watch this drama, episode 33 depicting the exclusive feast to selected guests is extraordinary and breathtaking, considering especially the limited ways and means available in the period. Applause to the director, production, and the cast.

Satisfaction !!! Thumbs up!! Great and refreshing story, first class acting, fantastic mannerism depicting the period and roles covered, top cinematography, vivid and lovely colors. Must look out for works by this director Yang Yang, what a ride she took us all to. Crystal Liu and Xiao Chen are perfect for each other, they killed the roles they covered, they really should work more together.

Crystal Liu is a top actress, she delivers an excellent Pan'er to the audience. Her voice is just right, it is a big treat that she is not dubbed (neither is the main male lead) it makes the drama all the more enjoyable.

Agree to your comments about GQF, I think how he has chosen to hide from Pan'er and fallen into depression don't fit the character portrayed in all previous episodes . They should have done a better job to make the separation more natural, believable.

So the six episodes that will be aired this week are break ups and heart breaks, I thought this drama would do without the classic cliche since it started off great with such a refreshing story.

The personal life of actors or actresses shouldn't have anything to do with the choice in casting, it is the performance, and chemistry when it comes to the main leads that counts. In fact the producer and the director of this drama did great to pick Chen Xiao and crystal Liu, Interactions between them plays a great role in the success of the drama.

Actually GQF explained his engagement, as you said , it was arranged by his grandfather and he had never met the girl. However the engagement was called off by the family of the girl when GQF took up employment with this security dept which is considered notorious. Z pan'er has nothing to do with this engagement.

I am still hooked on Princess Agents, so indecent and irresponsible of the production and directors who decided to leave us all in a cliffhanger ending. Years have gone by since the issues of plagiarism were taken to court and resolved. All parties involved have had more than amble time to sit down and come up with solutions for a second season of the drama. It would be a great hit, too, judging from the viewing success when the drama was first released.

Have written a couple of comments of appreciation for a drama fantastically done, but forgot to mention this one: so good to hear the voice of the actors, Chen Xiao, Crystal Liu in their own voice, no dubbing, fantastic, it makes the roles they play all the more realistic and truthful!!

Chen Xaio, the main male lead totally nails the role, how his eyes say what he doesn't put in words, how his facial expression tells you what he thinks are excellent, and he is so damn good looking too. He and Cystal Liu make a perfect on screen couple, both are so professional and captivating. I can't wait for new episodes to air and fervently hope they will do more projects together telling refreshing stories, unlike the so many cliche we see all the time.

It is from Thursday to Saturday now, no more airing on Sunday... sigh

This drama is beautiful in so many ways, the colors, the scenery, how the cameramen shoot the scenes, a refreshing story unlike others, the cast, the main leads are true professionals, they interact with each other perfectly, what a joy to watch, and It has been truly a long while since I last watched a drama with such great pace , never a doubt moment. A big thumb up to the lady director!

What a great start, totally enjoying it, the story is very refreshing, so different from what are delivered lately, hope the pace of the story will keep on moving as it started. I am a costume dramas fan, and this one keeping me glued to my chair. So love the cast, Crystal Liu and Chen Xiao never disappoint, and they are using their own voice, too, what a treat!!

Years since the drama was aired leaving all of us with a cliffhanger ending. This is so unfair to the viewers. Plagiarism or not, there has been more than enough time for all parties concerned to sit down and to come up with an agreement to move on, Princess agents is among the most viewed dramas of all time, surely a so desired season 2 means great business opportunity to sponsors and investors alike. Why the hesitation, why no one is picking up the project?

I find it hard to believe that with the resources HFX has, he can't dig out and find out who YWY really is in all of the five years after his marriage .

Yes, that too. I think it is either due to bad editing or inconsistent story lines, either way, they should and could have done better.
