I guess it's because to her this sudden 360 is terrifying and very very confusing cauz he was yelling at her literally…
I guess Arthit was banking on her still being in love with him, so once he starts the bullying, she'd leave heartbroken, just like Arthit. But when he saw that she was a completely different person and he couldn't find traces of the old Paeng, he panicked and lashed out, trying to bring her out. But then slowly, steadily, he finally calmed down and accepted the situation. I guess the peace over everything finally made him aware of his own feelings towards her that had been otherwise repressed under all the hate and resentment. But now when HE wants to hold onto her, she wants to flee and that started messing him up again! And everything else was just a knee jerk reaction to Paeng's actions towards him I guess, understood but not justified.
Trueee! And he's really in his ignorance stage coz he didn't want to face the reality yet. And tomorrow he will…

He's a total mama's boy, that's what. He's always lived with his parents and he's an only child, so I guess he was always doted upon. he knows how stuff works but he's totally clueless on how relationships work because he hasn't had the experience yet... I guess realizing his feelings for Paeng will make him realize that not everytime his mom is right and that he has the right to make this choice for himself :)

The changes where there all along but they where mostly passive and in true Arthit style, if he did 1 good thing, he'd then do 10 bad things to cover it up so we'd never know... But going back, Arthit was a kid experiencing everything for the first time too. He was sweet to Paeng but when she started getting more and more out of hand, he finally snapped. it didn't help that everyone around him was already set against her. I guess it was only a matter of time. His super pushy dad didn't help matters either. Even when she came back, there was still a spark. He wouldn't have cared so much in getting revenge and making her feel guilty if he didn't feel anything for her. Because he's mostly passive/gentlemanly with almost everyone around him. Only Paeng is the one who is able to incite any kind of severe reaction.
So I guess the attraction was always there, it just got buried under the layers and layers of issues that they had accumulated over the years. But he could've been more subtle about letting it all out. This is just like his verbal diarrhea these past few episodes. Only now it's a sensory overload lol
