Completely unfavoured towards my opinion of Xiumin and EXO although I am an EXO-L hehe ~ Story I can't say that this is my favourite mini-series. I have definitely seen better. The story itself wasn't perfectly written because of the constant inconsistency and plotholes. Although it is a mini-series, it definitely seems more rushed than it should have been. (Probably because they tried to fit so much content into 90 minutes.) There were about 3 story-lines going on within those 90 minutes and that was too much. Acting/Cast I don't have to comment about the main female protagonist, Kim So Eun. She was the typical female lead although her character was pretty cute and feels-provoking. Now Minseok... I didn't expect much considering the other EXO dramas I've watched like "EXO Next Door," and Kai's "Choco Bank" [KyungSoo is an exception] advertised their looks rather than their ability to act. Minseok raised the bar in this drama because his acting was better compared to that of the other EXO members (again, excluding KyungSoo.) Music Like other dramas, the music was the same throughout the series. Although an EXO-L like me may enjoy Minseok's voice throughout the entire drama, I'm sure others would have enjoyed a bit more variety. I mean, they used the same song for every mood. Re-watch Value I would definitely re-watch this for something to occupy me when I'm taking breaks from my longer dramas, or when I want to see some solo Xiumin action :) Overall At the end of the day, this IS an idol drama. I would recommend this to EXO-Ls who want to see Minseok's adorable smile heh. To be completely honest, I didn't expect it to be that good since it was an idol drama, but Minseok's acting soared high above my expectations. I really hope he can continue to shine despite his small role in EXO. Looking forward to more :)
