as his senior writer said "stop putting your feelings into your video and look at their gaze", he previously edited out yeonsoo's gaze footage towards woong but in ep 12, he got the development and throw his emotion aside.

he is funnily pitiful to me, i laughed at his scenes a lot bcs his depressive face (im sorry i find it comedic 😔). i had one sided crush like him before so i could relate to him but his feeling towards yeonsoo was another level lol 😂 i hope he gets his redemption arc next episode. get rid of his feelin, find new love, rooting for the main couple and become a nice pd that doesn't do evil editing to their documentaries 🎥

yes, you missed the whole story essence, all the complications, crisis, climax, and resolution through all episodes. second yes, you should rewatch it all again. it will be worth it if you realize it after second watch 👌🏼

As an eagle eyed viewer who find every single little hint each episode. I am 200% believe there is no chance of sad or open ending even 0,1%. The second half is a whole arc for Woong & Yeonsoo trying to rebuild a strong relationship that can stand the test of time. Back then, Woong needed someone to look after him and Yeonsoo was the one. Now 5 years after, it is like a mirror and the role is reversed. Yeonsoo has become softer and she needs someone who can be there for her aside her grandma. Woong has learnt to be tougher and it is his time to protect her.
