I love ep 10 so much, the bonding scenes between the characters are so heartwarming to me, from Solyi and Yeonsoo chit chat night, zucchini dinner with Grandma, and Ung Jiwoong's story time before bed since they were teenager. Their scenes made me certain that this drama is also about balance between friends, lovers, also family. Especially between 2woong, they deeply cared for each other and love wasn't the only thing they had in mind. Everyone had other problem too aside romance, this also goes for Yeonsoo when she decided to let go Woong in the past. Her only family which is grandma, came as first priority for her back then.
The only thing that is out of place was NJ narrative for me, she is practically outsider from all the plot, i guess writer made her as a character that comes and goes in life? I don't want to hate NJ but the story thread already massive enough without her. Please forget Woong and just be a likeable character that befriend w everyone, im begging lol.
every episode i just wanna scream AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
they actually already applied "You Are The Apple of My Eyes" in episode 4, but they used the korean version title instead which is "The Girl (or The Boy), We Liked Back Then"
Does anyone notice that in the obs poster Ji Woong is wearing the yellow couple sweaters? And it seems that Yeon-soo…
The poster is giving a hint of Jiwoong's feelings towards Yeonsoo since the start, because π is Yeonsoo's fav color, all through out the episodes we also see Woong wears yellow clothing from time to time, that's all to me.
As what yeonsoo is wearing in the poster, she is not wearing yellow tee, it is a light green button up shirt, a mix color of yellow and blue π ( Woong's color ) https://mydramalist.com/photos/eLmlQ_3
I don't think that because of acting, it just that they are forcing romance aspect. Lee Jin Wook is a great we…
Ahahaha yes, I dropped Voice years ago when I still had no interest w psychological thriller drama! I might try to give it a try tho this year, because I just started watching more of that genre last year and finally found the fun exciting part!
For Sweet Home, i was a big fan of the original manhwa, and the drama didn't live up to my expectation.

They need to tone down the romance part at this point, it is kinda random to see them in between heavy thrilling scenario π i only know lee jin wook from voice & sweet home and i dropped both series, so i don't really know his acting that well, i will check his other work later!
5 ep in... I started getting annoyed by Dan Hwal & Sang Woon dramatic scenes that I skipped a lot this time. The gaze and everything looked so awkward to me... i wonder if it is the acting π Now the plot, Dan Sol, Nam Do Yoon and Lee Joon's acting that made me stay to watch π
I just read ep 10 synopsis, basically in summary : Yeonsoo's grandma will come to the rescue and smack her grandson in law butt to get his act together lol finally a figure who protect yeonsoo, her grandma arc is coming guys T__T the still photo also looks like both yeonsoo & woong get scolded together by grandma.. i already feel like crying
I haven't seen anyone mention this before, so I wanna say.. for real Yeonsoo becomes more gorgeous and attractive every week, out of all her styling from highschool to post break up, she looks the prettiest now in my eyes, I really like her mid-length hair cut and the cute bang she has! I guess the saying "girls become beautiful after a break up" is true. π
i remember the just friend with ryan reynold i watched that movie that the movie reference right? because that…
lmao!! we will definitely get NJ's pride as top idol being crushed by Woong cluelessness in upcoming episode. I see in preview they actually have work meeting, with Woong pointing at a building, so this is no date for him, but client-artist discussion. Poor Yeonsoo get jealous over nothing. π

Yes, that's the one!! I am glad finally NJ comes to the picture with "Just Friends" character reference. I have listed all the movie reff and all 8 episode had no link at all to her so I was like "Is she really a main character?" before. I guess the drama's second half is her door now! :)
As the story unfold, i have never stopped being curious how the writer would name the next episode. Every title and the movie references are so fun to analyze that makes my watching experience more thrilling!
My favorite reff would be Ep. 1 "I Know What You Did Last Summer", the only horror movie out of all the episode reff. The second one goes to Ep.5 "A Secret That Canβt Be Told", best Taiwan romance movie ever for me, the girl who comes from the past and the guy who gives up his present. Ahh.. every little thing of it is so beautifully well written, planned, & taken π I'm thankful I'm still alive to watch this melodramaromcom masterpiece π
yeonsoo is a saint lmao π after that kiss, if i were her, i would smack woong's head at least once
Yeonsoo endured so much since the first time they met again hhhhhh the last scene in ep 9 when she mentioned everything woong did was so satisfying! i want choi woong to cry next ep LOL but in the preview we have yeonsoo who are sobbing T_T
