Coming of age done right! It was nice to get the 2nd couple so unexpectedly in ep.4 instead of at the beginning to compete with the main. Has to be one of the greatest confessions in BL history!
THIS SHOW IS SOOO CUTEEEEðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ i am obsessed with thisss, i love everything about this show (except tungtae ofc), they have done such a great job showing this high school life and stuff, i really love well done highschool bls and this is one of themm, just 8 episodes is not enough ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
It's the small yet astonishingly significant changes in one’s own behavior that makes this bourgeoning romance…
Exactly. In fact he sometimes doesn't act like a teenager at all, with these actions its especially evident. Putter is after all portrayed as someone mature for his age, but with Lee-ith the impulsiveness and stupid decisions are more evident. Yet at times he still acts better and handles some situations so well that its astonishing. I'm not saying its unrealistic, but maybe it shows that there's more to him than meets the eye, and along with Putter we get to see the real him too. I'll admit I met many people like Lee-ith before in high school, who seemed careless and I thought it was coz of their age..but now I'm wondering if they would've acted differently with someone else they maybe cared more about lol.
It's the small yet astonishingly significant changes in one’s own behavior that makes this bourgeoning romance so heart-warming. Lee-ith picks up his clothes; doesn’t leave a mess; keeps the noise down (to the extent of even buying expensive headphones); and respects Putter. Putter scolds Lee-ith less often; doesn’t call Mom on him; and also respects him. What sealed it for me in episode 4 was that after hearing Putter’s confession, Lee-ith runs out the door and down the street and CROSSES AT THE CROSSWALK rather than jaywalking. What’s significant is that Putter scolded Lee-ith earlier about the dangers of jaywalking. Lee-ith paid attention (probably unconsciously, but he did nonetheless). I’m looking forward to watching them navigate uncharted waters.
If not bl why music started playing when kay asked "do YOU think I'm the murd€r€r?".. They really need to make up their minds about what they're making
episode 5 • Off causing Problems on Purpose • Bromancing to the max • Well, at least we got an indirect kiss 🚬 • Great job ruining the goodwill you just built for the police • At this point it's not even bromance, it's Addicted levels of censored BL • WAS THAT ENTIRELY NECESSARY??? 🚬 • Not much cop show to this cop show
The members of the YouTube channel THE DUCKEST, who are friends with Dew and Tee, reacted to the first two episodes. The video also includes English subtitles, which can be automatically translated into many other languages.
Throughout the reaction, Tim, who was involved in the production of Mr. Kill, shares plenty of interesting behind-the-scenes information about the series, the novel, and the soundtrack.
For example, he reveals that the novel and the screenplay were developed in parallel. Some of the background actors working at Kay's company are actually younger students from Dew's university, and their own creative work can even be seen in several scenes. He also talks about the challenges Dew and Tee faced during production, along with many other fascinating details.
What I found especially interesting regarding the story (Warning: possible spoilers):
1. The apparent flashback in Episode 1, which shows the first death, apparently does not depict what actually happened. Instead, it shows how Phat believes the incident took place. This means we may not have seen the true sequence of events at all.
2. As I had already noticed myself, there are several subtle clues throughout the series that Phat also seems to pick up on. That makes me think he already knows far more than he is currently revealing.
Ever since the first episode, I've had the feeling that Phat knew the first victim much better than the story initially suggests. Overall, I've felt from the very beginning that Phat isn't quite who he appears to be.
At times, it seems as though he already knows certain information before everyone else does and only pretends to be learning it for the first time. He also appears to have already figured out connections and drawn conclusions but deliberately keeps them to himself. We already know that he understands more about Kay than Kay realizes himself. We also know that, while Phat isn't a corrupt police officer, he has no problem bending or even breaking rules if it helps him achieve his goal. On top of that, he often works on his own instead of strictly following standard procedures.
Because of all this, I'm convinced there's still a major plot twist involving Phat waiting for us.
