The similarity between both (the movie and the series) Is the main lead character is a “vampire” and both stories are between human and a vampire soooo yeah
The similarity between these series is the language barrier (???), and I think... and you can watch this if you like watching series in which the actors speak different languages but still manage to understand each other somehow.
I think the only similarity between these series is that they have to be together to do something. I don't know if I'm wrong or not, but by being together, they somehow complete each other.
