upon further reflection, this season is not as bad as I thought, I can't fault the director for writing it like…
the deaths would have hit way harder if this was continuous with season 2, and maybe people would not have felt like they were rushed bc it was the beginning of season 3, but really just second half of season 2.
upon further reflection, this season is not as bad as I thought, I can't fault the director for writing it like this as I believe they had in mind this was one continuous story with season 2, but Netflix wanted to make a bigger profit by splitting it up
they really should have not split up the season at all, having 6 months in between and then killing off hyunju, mom/son, and junhee so quick lost all of its emotional impact - although I suspect this was more a Netflix decision than the director/production so I can't blame too much
FUCK MYEONGI. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for so long but killing Hyunju (for no fucking reason at all) is where I'm done. I hope he dies in the next game
I think it's a PR thing. They are marketing police using former Olympic athletes. You can see they were using…
I see, it makes more sense after watching ep 2 - I guess I was just confused how it so happened that all these cops were coincidentally olympians beforehand
