Aside from the plot of driving cars and the characters' names, I don't think the drama is really related to the movie as the drama is centered around Lin Zheng Dong's rebirth essentially. But yes, Pegasus 1, 2, and 3 are all connected.

Basically what the comment above said, but that is why all the rivers and places Fan Xian mentioned in his poems in the first season were all "new places". Since it wasn't in history, but rather, they are still going forward in time.
