Yes, there were some parts where Lu Xixiao did like have that intention, but as someone who's natively speaking Chinese, he does not actively say them. This is just adding uneccesary words into his mouth which I did not appreciate.

Aside from the plot of driving cars and the characters' names, I don't think the drama is really related to the movie as the drama is centered around Lin Zheng Dong's rebirth essentially. But yes, Pegasus 1, 2, and 3 are all connected.
