If you've watched Chinese dramas back in the day, this style can be kind of familiar (reminded me of Gloomy Salad Days which I loved). If you're new, it can feel a little dated. You can tell the production budget was not high. But the actors do a great job, and the acting was natural. There were some stories that had my attention more than others.
