I've been a hard-core bl fans for years, but I'm more hard-core at dropping anything at a rate faster than 5G internet speed. I just don't like wasting my time. There are more series and drama that I dropped than the ones I finished, and it's not just bl. For me, I don't care how eyecandy the cast can be, I just cannot go on or enjoy if I think it's too messed up or if it causes me much exasperation. For example, I dropped 2gether at episode 2 or 3 (couldn't really remember) while it was still airing and KinnPorsch in the halfway. But I'm amazed there are many people who hate this series but still watching till episode 10 and maybe patiently waiting for the next episodes. I admit this series should have been better. But at the same time I don't think it deserves that much HATE and PATIENCE for people who think it's "seriously bad". Seriously, it doesn't deserve your time and patience for things you don't enjoy. It kinda reminds me of people in bad and toxic relationships. They're not happy but at the same time they can't seem to end.
This show is amazing. Everyone else in this comment section has lost it and has decided to make this show the…
IKR seriously everyone's starting to expect everything of THIS drama. Seriously though remind me again, since when do people start caring about perfection in BL?! I mean, if it's not their taste don't watch. That's it. For me, I don't like The Eclipse at all, i can't even go on to second episode but that's it. And i also can't finish KinnPorsch, thus i dropped. But there are people who like them and i get it. I normally wouldn't go and make a lot of complaints about BL series.
is this drama better to be watched while airing or to be binge watched?
Yeah, I often have that question. But I almost always prefer to wait till the airing time is over 'cause I'm not someone who remember what they ate for dinner last night lol
People said "watch it, it's very funny, stress relief, you won't stop laughing", why do I even bother? I'm even…
This drama is all about exaggeration and mockery. Most of the things don't even make sense and they don't have to because the primary purpose of this drama is not to bring tearjerkers or big issues. And people watch sitcoms not because it's realistic but for great laugh. For me, I find Mo Hae Young character annoying but it didn't stop me from enjoying the drama and at the same time it doesn't mean I support polyamory. Work abuse is shown in many drama and movies but the point of this series is not to solve the problems or anything. And my favorite character here is MaTan but in reality I think rich people are obnoxious. This is just a satirical piece; but it you don't get the point, can't help it. But don't assume people enjoy this are in favor of bullying. That's so trivial.
I'm on episode 4 and not sure whether I should continue or not. The ML's inappropriate attachment to his sis-in-law is one thing but FL is equally annoying too. I mean, she has such loose mouth revealing everything to a total stranger. Sure, SML got hinted about the fake marriage but she didn't have to tell him that ML is in love with his in law. It's not her to tell and I can't stand it. And also how she's supposedly trying to help the ML to chase his crush. It's totally inappropriate because that's his brother's wife we're talking about. It seems to me she doesn't know boundaries.
I have already watched 17 again movie when it came out, so see this is a remake of that 2 hour movie into 16 hours…
I dropped at 8. Not saying it's bad but it's a bit tedious with some cliche. But maybe give it a try for a few episodes or so, then you can drop if it's not worth it.
Tragedy should be in the tags too. So, DON'T watch if you crave for happy endings! Also, if you omit the 'B' from Bromance, you get romance. I'd say it's more bl than "bromance". Ngl almost every guy here is in love with another guy
My gosh... this was show was bad but entertaining. Everyone was so immature, and the male lead was a jerk until…
I know. Some are like that but not all. But I guess it's the same with Kdrama in the old days. They used to have these very annoying MLs and super naive FLs. Anyway there are some good J dramas and I could recommend a few of ones I like. If you like romcom dramas, try these: Jimi ni sugoi An Incurable case of love Oh my boss! Love not included
Whoever thought about creating these tiny series are geniuses π―π― It's sort of a remedy for our frustrations over how we normally don't get to see proper kisses in movies and drama, especially for BL ngl. And when we get kisses, they happen too fast π€·π»ββοΈ But these series are like filling up all the gaps that have been missing with just kisses π Nothing but smooches π And they're done pretty smooth and professionally. And here to the actors who are NOT AFRAID of kissing ππ Seriously tho it's going to be my happy pill from now on whenever I see a peck in the future in tv drama and shows and movies.
Came for the second story, got hooked by the first story more. Overall, it's not a bad series. I thought I would hate it but actually it's not bad at all. Sure, it needs lots of improvement but I wanna applaud the director and writers. I've been a bl fan for years but this is like the first time I've seen a series like this. Is it realistic? No. But it provides us slight information about how the Y industry works. Beware though: this is a BL series about BL industry, so don't expect to see actual stuff that Y actors and creators have faced. Like I said it's just slightly inspired by reality, the rest is fictional. And hooray for the actors. I guess almost all actors are new in the field, but they nailed it, especially the couple from the first story. And I like the second story more compared to the third story but, for acting, I prefer the thrid story's actors. It could be because they got casted because their personalities match with their characters' or sth like that but for such new faces, they done it well. So, I guess you can't trust the MDL ratings afterall. Sometimes, it's just can't be trusted. I felt like it would be such a mess looking at the ratings here. But I decided to give it a try because I was pretty curious after watching the trailer. Normally, I don't watch drama below rating 8. Now, I'm starting to think my standards are too high? Lol.
I feel like there are many things that seem unresolved, like how Ji Yeon's mom kinda knew the story of PD's childhood.
Btw , isn't yoga studio normally people coming and taking classes or something. I just see them doing videos.
