Bai Lu, who plays an immortal(Li Su Su) with an important mission to save the world, delivers a commendable performance. Her character faces the difficult task of going back in time to save the world and eliminate the devil lord. She captures the dilemma of her character, torn between her duty and her growing affection for the devil lord. It was my first time seeing these actors, and I was genuinely impressed by their skills and the chemistry they shared on screen.

While essential for character development, the Bore Life(Dream) arc follows typical xianxia tropes with misunderstandings, a war with devils, and sacrificial acts. However, the second female lead's actions towards the main characters were truly frustrating in this arc and annoyed me, compelling me to skip her scenes.
