Started watching this after many years of putting it aside thanks to of all the bad comments towards the FL and now I'm starting to think some of you hate Anna just to hate. She is a perfectly believable portrayal of a young woman who has been abused and neglected throughout her whole life. But the SFL and ML do have a lot of chem going on, it's kind of a wasted potential to not have them cast in another project lol
i'm on the first ep and i get the comments now. this season's comedy feels forced and over the top. it's like the director and writer just told Kim Namgil to act crazy and scream on camera while Kim Sungkyun makes some exaggerated expressions on the background. It almost annihilates Father Kim's (great) character arc, and that is hard to do. i hope it gets better from ep 2 onwards! i miss the old crew but i keep looking forward to Sung Joon's acting!!! his character's edits on tiktoo got me hooked lol
cha kangjae is such a spoiled douchebag i'm starting to hope he gets scammed/mistreated/publicly humiliated by the director's family so he is forced to start acting like a decent human being... i wish i could pity his dad but he's the one who raised his adored doctor son this way, so π€·ββοΈ
As for the profession change, i like it and I'm more curious because in this version they don't choose their profession…
that's what I meant! their professions played a big part in the characters' motivations and relationships in the original version. I hope the changes will follow the same logic...
did they exchange ziqiu's/haejung's profession with jianjian's/juwon's? in one of the promotional pics she was seen holding a cake with a bakery themed background. that was such a sweet detail, there was no reason for the writers to change it π
I came to this comment section thinking there would be a ton of comments praising how realistic shin minah's character is π well, I guess we're not all in the same page, then
isn't joon sun's ex-wife a little excessive? i'm on ep 29 (around 57 or 58/100) and she told him he can't see his kids anymore bcs of what happened with seojin. i get her pov but her line of action is way too much. still not over her slapping her oldest daughter for something she also was partially at fault for too.
Canβt believe someone has the courage to say the male lead of her latest upcomingdrama will carry Sohyun on…
sadly people still associate her to her love alarm character and assume she is a bad actress. kdrama fans are very quick to dismiss women's achievements (especially ex-child actors, like in sohyun's case) to glorify their male peers, who sometimes happen to have not even half of the expertise many leading actresses have.
i've been trying to watch this one for years but always stop at the 3rd or 4th episode. i feel like the writers were trying too hard to focus on junwoo's back story and his conflict with hwiyoung that, although interesting at first, the plot gets boring quickly. i'm 4 episodes in and feel like we got too little of the FL, her friends and the other classmates. the cinematography is pretty but not enough to sustain the story's slow pace. kang kiyoung's performance as the homeroom teacher and yoo insoo's typical bad boy role are the reasons I'm still trying to finish it.
idc what anybody says! poong is my emotional support drama!! love the found family trope in this, and watching my favs hyanggi and minjae act as the sweet poongwoo couple makes my heart melt π ptjp has turned into my all time favs ever since my first watch, but it's definitely not for everybody tho
