who gets me? the comparison is so heartbreaking 😭😭Shangguan Qian, Ming yi and Nanyi http://xhslink.com/o/9Ycnj7vsCbX…
I am in love with her acting and love all those characters of hers! I have watched them; those were her best. I am planning on watching Perfect Match, which has a slightly lower rating than LITC, LBL, and MJTY, only because LYX was in it. Was it good also?

I saw some posts about LYX; she’s here in the UK this week. I am an MDL newbie and just found her recently. Now, I cannot have a day without checking posts about her on social media! She’s a captivating beauty in an unexplainable way, even without makeup! And her voice, my goodness (thanks,, Lev_Gi for sharing previously). I am in love more deeply with this beautiful soul, though it’s perhaps more like admiration than lush.

Oh My, her voice and accent have given me a butterfly! ☺️ Thanks for finding and sharing this!

I get why many people prefer Cang Xuan and Xiang Liu over Jing. Jing was not the typical strong, over-bearing,…
Xiang Liu was the best male character who captured me the most here. His love for Xiao Yao was unconditional, though XY preferred TJ, he always put her life and happiness over his own in the end.

A few more episodes to complete, I loved season one more, storywise, but overall LYF was great drama with superb acting. I really don't want Xiang Liu to die tho 😭 Apparently, TJC’s acting was really stand-out in the Angst drama! Looking forward to seeing him in the upcoming masterpiece ‘Dancing with the Tide’ with Lu Yuxiao! After watching him here, DWTT is def my most and only anticipated drama now!

100% agreed. LYX dramas, in which she used her own voice, were mostly highly rated as having more emotional depth. Watched TCJ in Love Me, Love My Voice, and now, Lost You Forever, he’s great in there. Although I am a rookie in terms of watching C-dramas, I genuinely believe DWTT would be outstanding and my most upcoming favourite with those 2 actors as the main leads. Tbh, now I enjoy C-costume dramas more than K-costume dramas.

🌷 Lu Yuxiao's JUNE Itenenary : 🎉 DWTT Filming wrapped up on June 17📸 Business photography on June 19…
Which country is this overseas film set in? I started in the fandom again after watching LYX’s best dramas. If she’s anywhere near the UK, I’d like to see her film shooting IRL. I did it for Park Eun Bin before in South Korea; now it's LYX’s turn ☺️ Both are brilliant actresses in terms of continuous improvement in acting skills! 🙌

There's a lot of costume drama. If you don't start with the right one, you're never going to like costume dramas.…
I am kind of enjoying the C-costume drama more now. The recent costume K-dramas are rather disappointing, not like the old days anymore. C-drama has more choices of costume dramas, beautiful cinematography, and fresh young actors/actresses with much better acting than the old days. Still watching K-drama, though perhaps not the costume ones.

Just noticed the new profile. Wow, Lu Yuxiao must have been one of the able students to do those 4 A-level subjects…
I also did four A-levels back then. Yes, it’s quite stressful and time-consuming, especially ones with NEA projects like Art or Computer Science. Though I wished I had just done three subjects, as most Universities here, even Oxbridge, only want the best three A-levels. Brainy beauty who can act, I like her. Her acting reminded me of Park Eun Bin, my favourite K-actress.

worst c drama i've ever watched there is better....- Boring af- Dragging on- No chemistry- mid acting
LBL has made me switch from K-drama, which has not been great recently, to C-drama, and love watching Irene’s dramas ever since. One of the best feelings I’ve had watching it. And I am kind of a hard-to-please person. So, it’s definitely not the worst drama with no chemistry and mid acting 😊 it’s a bit hyperbole using those words to express something that’s objectively good, but it’s just simply not your cup of tea.

Fangs is love. Imho its better than this one, but there is no such heavy focus on romance, there is love tho.
Haven’t watched the Fangs of Fortune yet. I will, but story-wise it seemed like LITC has better romance, so it’s spicier and had more compatible couple with crazy chemistry. Fangs seems to have adarker story. But I’ll have a go because of Hou Minghao when I have time as I personally prefer fantasy romance with a beautiful strong female character like LITC.

I binge-watched this drama in less than a week because I couldn’t take my eyes off of Ming Yi and Ji Bozai for long! Ep 19 and 23 were OMG great acting! Absolutely no regrets switching to C-dramas and chasing the fantastic FL actress and ML actor in dramas since Love between Lines. I will try Fangs of Fortune next perhaps because of the ML and its high rating. Fantasy C-costume drama by far is so much better than fantasy K-costume drama. Can't express how much I enjoy watching the visuals, story, and characters' development. The romance and plots are amazing and exceed my expectations!

I just watched one Chinese drama, Love between Lines, but it enlightened me, C-drama is good! And because of this injustice toward LYX, I am going to send more flowers for her from now on!

I do like both costume fantasy and historical; I used to watch K-dramas, not C-dramas. I personally would appreciate a good one with a fantasy element more, cos it’s hard to find. But my friends said, Chinese’s made better costume fantasy romance dramas at present. I like mature/strong female character as I remember ages ago, not many costume dramas that have a strong female. From your explanation and the synopsis, it seems that LITC and LLTG are different genres, LITC is Xianxia, and LLTG is pure historical/wuxia?

Yes, I recently fond of Lu Yuxiao. Love in the Clouds is my best costume I’ll watch. Tbh, Love like the Galaxy was actually on my plan to watch list even before LITC, but I bit hesitate now as I just dropped Hidden Love. Both dramas have the same FL? Plus, I couldn't relate to the story, and ML mostly for Hidden Love. Will the story in LLTG any better?

That was my same question. She seemed rather a down-to-earth person and a very good actress.
It’s happened maybe because she’s really good then. Well, human nature and business can be too cruel sometimes.

I’ve started to appreciate this actress in Love between Lines. I’ve had a K-drama withdrawal. Tbh, I began to enjoy watching C-drama because of LBL, but why suddenly many people in mainland China attacked her?? To me, she seems a really good actress with effortless acting, a lovely face, and a gentle demeanour. And her smile is something. I am kinda resent this type of slander that has been in the C-ent industry, why never change tho. Can these horrible people just leave this lovely lady alone, please? Because I really want to enjoy watching her dramas, and I need Dancing with the Tide to air! 🤞
